This is the house we take our own kids to Tahoe for vacation! Newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath single family house in the center of Kings Beach. Ultra fast 500 Mbps WiFi. The house features a kids-centric room with bunk beds, crib and pack-n-play. Walking distance to Safeway and the Tahoe beach. 15 mins drive to major ski resorts (Northstar, Palisade, Diamond Peak, Mt Rose).

Bedroom 1: A queen size bed.
Bedroom 2: A bunk bed with three beds (two twin size beds and a full size bed). A full size crib for toddler and younger kids. A pack-n-play (intended for <2 yrs old) is also provided.

=OUTDOOR AREA=:
We have a large backyard for snow playing in winter.

=PARKING=
Parking is available for two cars on the driveway. Street parking is NOT permitted.

=MORE DETAILS=:
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi of 500 Mbps and an in-unit washer/dryer.

The property is not equipped with air conditioning.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

There are two exterior-facing security cameras. One faces the front of the house/street. The other one faces the back of the house/backyard.

Note: This unit can accommodate up to 6 guests and there is an extra guest fee of $25/guest/night, after the first 3 guests so please make sure to enter the correct number of guests at the time of booking so this fee will get included automatically.
