The space:
We`ve set this place up to use ourselves, so you`ll find everything you`re looking for. From our warm and unique furnishings, art, and dishware. To a coffee bar stocked with caf/decaf coffee and tea. Your stay is guaranteed to be relaxing.

Guest access:
The entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

Other things to note:
There is only 1 parking permit. Therefore, you will only be allowed to bring 1 vehicle. Others will have to park at their discretion.

Please remember that you`re staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect as well as the other homeowners in the building. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
○ The parking pass is required to be returned before guest leaves. Guest can mail pass back to us- if we don’t receive it with 7 days of check out you will be charged $50 for a replacement.
○ No pets are allowed
○ Smoking is NOT allowed
○ No early check-in or late check-outs.
○ No unregistered guests allowed.
○ No food or drinks in the bunk-room please.
○ Quiet hours after 10PM.
○ Fines apply for damaged furnishings.
○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require driver`s license prior to check-in
○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.
○ Clubhouse Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Pool Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
