Phoned the owner/contact for the property who said if we purchased some towels, kept the receipt he woud refund us. We purchased two towels between four of us; although it was a pain to have to go find a shop to get some. I can't find any receipt for them but they were just cheap get me by thin towels. „The house had cockroaches and bugs all over it. The kitchen was dirty and unwashed the same for the fridge and there was rotten meat in the fridge giving off a horrid smell. We rented the whole house butbthe owner was still there and refused to leave. He also told us "no noise after 11" we didnt stay the full time and had to leave. I am requesting a full refund “

A few problems we had was there was no TV remote so couldnt use. Bins have no bags so didnt like to put used Teabags in, no cloths to wipe surfaces and only one 3/4 roll of furniture.
We did phone to tell them incase they with held some of the holding deposit but they could bot get sorted as it was around 6pm.“

„The hotel is located in the center of Coleshill and can be reached by public transportation, however it is in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are nicely decorated but rather small. The bathroom was clean but had a weird smell, not sure if it was mold, as there was no visible signs of it. As I said it was clean and remodeled. Breakfast was okay had everything you would excpect in the UK, little buffet for cold breakfast and hot breakfast was to be ordered.“

2 Tage nach dem Aufenthalt wurden die 60 E von der Kreditkarte abgezogen plus 80 E für eine angebliche Rechnung im Hotel Restaurant welche nicht von mir getätigt wurde da ich weder in der Bar war noch im Restaurant.
Mittlerweile habe ich 5 x im Hotel abgerufen plus 5 Email geschrieben und bis zum heutige Tag keine Antworten erhalten.
