Phoned the owner/contact for the property who said if we purchased some towels, kept the receipt he woud refund us. We purchased two towels between four of us; although it was a pain to have to go find a shop to get some. I can't find any receipt for them but they were just cheap get me by thin towels. E mailed the owner/ contact, but no reply. ...

„Sehr modernes und sauberes Zimmer mit einer Küchenecke. Die Lage von dem Hotel ist auch sehr zentral. Nur ein paar Sachen zu bemängeln: als ich einchecken wollte, musste ich ca. 10 min warten, da niemand in der Rezeption war. Ich konnte auch nicht rein ins Hotel, nur erst, wenn einige Gäste rauskamen. Beim Frühstück gibt es sehr wenig Gemüse und Obstsalat war auch an einem Tag aus.“

„I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent close to everything I needed, with great restaurants and transit nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm, especially during hotter days. However, fans were provided, and with the windows open, it was still manageable.“

„Friendly greeting upon arrival, staff were very helpful. The room was bigger than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise, we really liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area. We wish there more hooks to hang coats, clothes etc and the bathroom was a little smaller than where we have stayed before as one of us has slight mobility issues so moving around the bathroom was tricky but not difficult. We will defintley be staying again, perhaps try the next size up. “

„Dieses Hotel kann man nur empfehlen, es liegt wunderschön an den Canals umgeben von Restsurants, Bars und Cafés. Sogar ein kleiner Tesko ist gleich daneben. Msn kommt überall in kürzester Zeit hin. Das Personal ist super nett und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Es gibt Tee- und Kaffeefacilities und einen Kühlschrank mit Wasser. Besonderd hervorzuheben ist auch das leckere Frühstück und auch hier die freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut. Vielen Dank auch an das Personal. “
