„Convenient location to everything in downtown Appleton. The rooms are nice and quiet even though the hotel is on a main street and the parking is convenient. The only things that could improve the hotel for the price would be if the hotel identifies a new spa operator and repairs the whirlpool and if they offered water and breakfast. “

„First off, our check-in staff member was excellent. He was very kind and helpful and made us feel welcome from the very start. The room was quiet and very clean. We loved having the laundry machines available for our use. The breakfast choices were a good variety, especially having oat milk for our dairy-free family member. We would definitely stay here again.“

„Terrific experience! Check in with Chris was quick, smooth. She accommodated our special request which we appreciated. Well lit parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants. Room was very clean, AC worked great, awesome shower. Would definitely stay here again over a competitor (Cambria)“

Service is friendly and above average. The rooms are clean and the beds are great. The bathrooms are clean and relatively new.

The pool and whirlpool are open again are quite nice.

"Zimmer waren modern ausgestattet, wurden aber ohne Bestellung nicht gereinigt (wurde man nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht), selbst bei Aufforderung wurde es 2x vergessen, bei 3 Personen gab es dann zudem nur 2 Handtücher, Personal wirkte zudem sehr unmotiviert"
