Property was clean, and quiet, easy to find our way our way around. The breakfast in the morning left a bit to be desired, food needed to be hot and was not.

I have stayed at this hotel for years. This time you could definitely tell they have changed owners from the first few times I stayed. The room cleanliness was sub par. I found old Kleenex and bandaids on the floor. The breakfast was not near as good as even a year ago and the host wasn’t friendly like the previous lady -Yvonne. There have been no updates at all to the hotel and they’ve taken the pool towels out of the pool and there’s no coffee or water in the lobby. We will be staying at the neighbouring property from this point on.

Checkin was smooth and easy. The hot tub and pool were great. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious but had a smell of wet laundry. Breakfast hot items were cold.

Very nice place. The staff were attentive and friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the breakfast was dry tasting. Dried old eggs, old stale muffins, for example.

Property has friendly and helpful staff. We had to let them know that there was no toilet paper or body wash in swimming area washroom. Toilet handle did not flush for us, staff wrote it down to be fixed. Breakfast was ok, bacon was overcooked. I was surprised that they didn't make the bed for us, I guess we should have asked. Both hubby and I woke with a sore back however we are over 60.

Disappointed
I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. But the hot tub wasn't working any of the three nights I was there! They shouldn't advertise the hot tub if it is not working!!??? There was a slight odour when I walked in the hotel, not terrible but there. So once in the room, I checked the filters in the heating unit and immediately washed them in the tub, filthy. No one cleaned my room the first night?? The third morning, I wet a cloth and wiped the bathroom floor, dirty??? Carpets, ugh, wore socks!! The elevator floor was also dirty. On a good note, the bed was excellent and the shower was amazing. Will not stay there again.

House Keeping: ⁃dirty toilet rim, dirty toilet seat - 💩 ⁃dirty towels and facecloth ⁃No coffee left - asked at front x 2 nights ⁃No coffee cups left x 2 nights ⁃garbage not emptied ⁃Odor in hallways, floor 2 & 4 -Room cleaned very late in the day -Room very dusty -cleaning staff blocked a room door which we were trying to enter. We had to wait until they were finished talking to each other. Hotel: -Center of bed supported with wood blocks -AC/Heat/Fan system very noisy -No outdoor lights turned on at night, very dark ⁃Spa/hot tub not operational (it’s been out for a bit) ⁃Pool - spiders and hair, very dirty -Breakfast was not as described by staff when inquired about. Poor quality. We selected this hotel based on breakfast included and spa/pool. We went to breakfast once, which we did not finish. We did not have breakfast at the hotel any other day. The fact that the spa wasn't working and the condition of the pool was very disappointing especially considering it was a main reason for our hotel choice. When issues were brought to the staff, poor attitudes towards the complaints and no resolutions provided. There was a mix up with our reservation being cancelled when a call was place to inquire about the breakfast. This was resolved but it took approximately 2 hours to complete.
