The Space:

Step inside and discover a bright, open living space designed for comfort and connection. The cozy living room invites you to stretch out on the plush couch with chaise lounger and unwind with your favorite shows on the smart TV. The open-concept kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals or lazy brunches, featuring stainless steel appliances, a drip-and-Keurig combo coffee maker, and counter seating for two. Enjoy meals or game nights at the dining table for four while natural light pours in from large windows that bring the outdoors in.



Whether you’re starting your morning with coffee on the balcony, spending the day at the pool, or cruising across Table Rock Lake, Restful Retreat offers the perfect setting for a memorable Ozarks getaway.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

-This home is a bottom floor walkdown unit with 30 steps required to reach the main entrance.

-Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking passes are required and must be placed in the windshield of the car when at the property, the passes will be located in the unit.

-The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day

-Hot Tub is available by the outdoor Pool open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day

-Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

-Portable crib available

-A washer/dryer available for guest use

-Long-term stays allowed

-If any rules are broken the guests will be charged a fee by the HOA.

RESORT RULES: (Fines will be issued for not following these rules)

• NO DUALLY TRUCKS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.

• NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES WITH SIGNAGE PERMITTED.

• DO NOT BACK INTO PARKING SPACES.

• No bumper or hitches can be extended over the sidewalk.

• Parking pass must be filled out and displayed in vehicle(s) at all times throughout your stay. Guests are subject to fines if the completed pass is not displayed.

• No items can be above the bed of the truck or cars. This includes toolboxes, kayaks.

• No over-size vehicles.

• No trailers other than boat trailers allowed in the designated trailer parking. Trailer parking is available in the designated parking area only and MUST have the yellow circle pass hanging on their trailer. No cars/trucks can be parking in this area and they must be in between the lines.

• There is NO boat launch or slips available at this subdivision. The closest place is Port of Kimberling Marina aka What's Up Doc.
