It's one of the closer units to the lake and dock, yet still a short walk to the infinity pool. The kitchen is fully stocked for easy mealtime prep, with seating for up to 10 at the table, 3 at the island, and additional outdoor dining on the deck. With two luxurious upper-level king suites (one with a private balcony), plus two more main-level bedrooms and a convenient Jack-and-Jill bath, there's plenty of space for everyone. Downstairs, enjoy movie nights in the private theater room with stadium seating and 8 reclining chairs, or hang out in the second living area with a foosball table, smart TV, and queen sleeper sofa. The lower level also includes a bunk room, a spacious bathroom, and access to a screened-in patio overlooking the lake or pool. Thoughtful touches like a full laundry room and multiple gathering areas make this home perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with family and friends.

Traveling with a large group? You can book both sides of this duplex-style villa to accommodate up to 34 guests! The adjoining villa (18B) has 5 additional bedrooms and is easily accessible through lock-out doors on both the main level and lower stairway landings.

These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day except Saturday
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
Friday and Saturday must be booked together
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
Memorial Day and Labor Day stays must be at least 3 nights and must include Friday and Saturday
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
We decorate for Christmas with full-size Christmas trees & decor starting by the second weekend of November
