"Easy to find, we managed to get one of the parking spaces directly at the hotel, grounds were well maintained, reception area was welcoming even impressive, staff friendly and helpful. We were only staying one night and booked a cosy room. After the impressive reception area we expected modern rooms. What we had was sehr compact, very plain and basic, white walls, white beds, one tiny light above each bed with tiny white shelf between beds, beds were short even for me as an average female, a very big minus - no plug sockets near the beds, two were available on the other side of the room, no curtains only a rollo, so there was no privacy once the rollo was opened, which embarrassed not just the lady taking photos of the front of hotel but me too. A little colourful painting or something welcoming besides the sterile white room would be nice. We were above the reception area and could here the music from downstairs and people walking in and out which prevented me from sleeping well. Bathroom needs a complete modernization. Very positive was the breakfast, everything was available what one would need. Lots of young staff which was great to see the future generation continuing to learn and work in rural Ireland."

"An absolute dream on the Wild Atlantic Way – we simply didn't want to leave!The moment we arrived, we instantly felt that we have landed in a very special place...This beautiful stone house on the Irish west coast is a true gem. The location is magical: Situated directly on the Atlantic Ocean, you can hear the soothing sound of the waves and have Ireland's wild, untouched nature right at your doorstep.The absolute centerpiece of the stone house is the unique, roughly 100 m² main living space. It is perfect for the whole family to gather without ever feeling crowded. The ultimate highlight is the adjoining balcony with a direct view of the Atlantic Ocean – sitting there with a cup of coffee/tea and looking out at the sea is simply priceless!In general, the house offers an incredibly generous living space, beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail and love that you instantly feel right at home.After long walks along the coast, we looked forward to the super comfortable beds every night!A huge "Thank You" goes to the wonderful housekeeper Anna. Her warm and friendly nature made our stay absolutely perfect. She had fantastic tips for the local area and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. Thanks to her, you don't feel like an anonymous guest, but rather like a welcome friend of the family.A true jewel for anyone wanting to experience the real, heartfelt Ireland. Thank you for the great memories!!!"

"Ein schönes Hotel in einer parkähnlichen Anlage. Sehr imposant. Das Frühstück sehr lecker und ausreichend. Am Abend haben wir auch im Hotel - ebenfalls sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr nett und die Lage war auch sehr gut. Es gibt azsreichend gratis Parkplätze."
