When the Sunrise Village Triple Lift and Sun Dog trail are open, you can walk from the building to the trail and ski directly into Killington Resort's network of runs. After a day outside, come back to a real fire, a sectional sofa, and a simple, well-equipped kitchen. Sunrise Sports Center adds indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a gym, and seasonal dining, so there is plenty to do on non-ski days too.

The dining table seats six and sits near the windows, so mornings start with natural light and a quick weather check over coffee. The full bathroom on this level has a tub and shower. A queen bedroom on the main floor works well for anyone who prefers fewer stairs.
Upper level
The upper level feels like a retreat from the main space. A lofted hallway overlooks the living room, giving the condo more of a townhouse feel than a flat. One bedroom has a queen bed, a skylight, and wooded views that feel very Vermont. Ski access at Sunrise Mountain Village
This is a ski in / ski out Killington VT rental when the Sunrise lift and Sunrise trail are operating. The building is a short walk from the trail, so once you click in you can ski down to the lift and connect into the larger Killington Resort network.
When the Sunrise lift or trail are not open because of weather or early and late season conditions, the condo is not ski in / ski out and you simply drive to the main base areas. Baseboard heat keeps things comfortable in winter. There is no air conditioning, which is common in the Killington area. In summer most guests use fans and open windows to enjoy the mountain air.

In winter, mountain roads around Killington can be snowy or icy, so all-wheel drive and proper winter tires are highly recommended.
Good to know
Ski in / ski out access depends on Sunrise lift and Sunrise trail being open and on natural snow conditions. There is no air conditioning. Cell service at Sunrise Mountain Village can be spotty, so it is important to save access codes, WiFi details, and directions before you arrive. This is a quiet mountainside community with established quiet hours, so the condo suits relaxed groups more than loud late-night parties.

Ski On/Off: This spot is ski on/off when the Sunrise trail is open (usually January-March, snow-dependent). Make sure to check before booking, as no refunds are given if it's closed.
Enjoy access to The Sunrise Sports Center, just a short drive away. The indoor pool, indoor hot tub, steam, & sauna rooms are available mid-September to late-April. The heated outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to mid-September. The outdoor hot tub is open year-round (sunrise to sunset) with occasional closures between seasons for cleaning. Tennis courts & hiking trails are open spring to fall, with trails converting to cross-country skiing in the winter. The Sunrise Bar & Grill operates during peak ski season; hours vary. Indoor amenities: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm until peak ski season when extended days and hours apply. Hours and availability subject to change. Please inquire before booking.
