The primary bedroom offers a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a washer/dryer, and a second smart TV with streaming services, perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor fun.

The location makes it easy to access Killington's top attractions, including Snowshed Base, Pico Mountain, and nearby golf courses. • We may have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check-in. Your smart lock code will appear in your Boarding Pass two hours before check-in.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is open during the summer months (Memorial Day to mid-September) from 8 AM to 8 PM.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
• Important Water Information: The building's regulated well-water system is regularly tested. Under the current posted notice, bottled water must be used for drinking, cooking, and all other consumption-related purposes; complimentary bottled water is provided in every unit. Tap water may be used for showering, washing, and other non-consumption uses. The notice relates to naturally occurring radium and manganese levels, which are monitored and may change over time.
