Welcome to OBX Beach Treehouse! Enjoy your morning brew with an ocean view on top of the crows nest deck! Prime location, between Hwy 158 and Hwy 12, with a crosswalk nearby which makes for a convenient 5 minute walk to the beach! Tons of outdoor space including a multi level deck, volleyball court and a closed in fence for privacy. Our awesome Tree Swing is tons of fun, there's corn hole, and board games to enjoy for game night!

The space was recently updated and includes almost all new furniture! Enjoy the prime location of beach access, restaurants and local activities that are a short drive or walk away. Plus you'll love the additional shade provided by a very rare Live Oak Tree. Inside you'll find 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Family Room and a cozy Den to enjoy.

Note: One of the bedrooms is on the first floor and a "starter pack" is provided for each stay of 1 paper towel roll, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 trash bag per trash can. All bedrooms come with provided bedding. If you plan to use the Futon sofa bed which is a full size mattress, please bring your own bedding. Sleeping Arrangements:
