Hello, Kathi! Thank you for your feedback. Our apologies for the inconvenience with the payment issues at the check-in time. The system was down, and like you mentioned earlier, front desk agents weren't notified about an issue. In the meantime, not all credit cards were being declined, some payments successfully went through. Also, as soon as we were notified that the system was down, we let you stay in the room and called you back as soon as the system was back and let you know your payment was accepted. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully you will accept our apologies. Thank you!
