The remodeled kitchen has granite counters and an ice maker, while new floors, cabinets, shower tile, furnishings, and mattresses give the two-bedroom, two-bath layout a cared-for feel. Three split AC units, a washer and dryer, and a lanai facing the golf course and ocean round out your home base for four.

The Neighborhood:

Wailea is South Maui for families and couples who want beach time without giving up a good dinner or an easy market run. Wailea Beach is a polished place for a morning swim, while Keawakapu Beach rewards a longer shoreline walk and clear-water snorkeling conditions. The Shops at Wailea brings restaurants and boutiques into the mix, and the Wailea Coastal Walk is made for a slow sunset stroll. From here, the golf-course setting gives you a quieter reset between beach days.



Getting Around:

Wailea sits on Maui's sunny south side, about 30 minutes from Kahului Airport. A rental car is recommended for exploring the island, though this resort area is quite walkable, with a coastal path connecting several beaches, upscale shopping, and dining within an easy stroll. Groceries are a short drive away. Parking is generally available on site at condos and resorts, keeping arrival simple.

This property is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property or in the lanais. One reserved parking spot (and ample visitor parking) is available for guest use. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.
