Wailea Ekahi #52E is a beautifully renovated studio condo with tropical garden views. The complex is nicely situated near the famous Keawakapu Beach. The unit is on the second floor and features a King bed with a ceiling fan and an oversized air conditioner to ensure you stay cool whether you are relaxing on the sofa or retiring for the evening. The renovated kitchen supplies everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal and you can choose to dine indoors or outdoors on the spacious and comfortable covered lanai. The unit provides walk-in tile shower with river rock flooring and tile accents. A not-to-be -missed feature of this complex is the beautiful oceanfront pool and newly renovated pavilion with fitness center. There you can barbecue and enjoy the gorgeous facility. There are also 3 additional serenity pools within close proximity to unit 52E to select from. For your days at the beach this unit supplies beach chairs and beach towels for your use.
Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available. Wailea Ekahi features six community grilling stations around the property available to guests.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
The Wailea Ekahi location is outstanding. The Shops at Wailea with over 60 shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away as well as other premium and casual restaurants outside the Shops. Wailea golf courses are close by AND there are several first class beaches to choose from just minutes away. You can explore a different beach every day and not visit the same one twice just a short drive from the property. Wailea Ekahi Village #52-E sleeps 2.
** Important Notice: The beachside pool, pavilion, BBQ grills, kitchen, fitness center, and bathrooms will be closed on Friday, February 28, 2025. In addition, the pavilion, BBQ, and kitchen will close early most days between February 24-March 1, 2025. A property-wide exterior painting project is scheduled for August 2025 - September 2027. Extension ladders, scaffolding, and pressure washers will be visible around the property during this time. This building will be affected November 9-23, 2026. Perfect location

Great place, very comfy, slight ant issue near the sink but they were working on fixing it. It’s near all the stores and beaches and very clean and quiet. Perfect place to stay in Maui.

Maui vacation

We have stayed in the Ekahi complex before. It is an excellent value and location. The amenities are wonderful. This unit was on the very outer edge along a busy road. The deck faced a wall of greenery blocking the road. The noise from the road made the deck unusable for eating out and lounging. The unit was clean but we had an ant problem which the owner addressed. This worked for a couple of days but the ants came back in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The unit needs a full treatment to stop the infestation.

Awesome little condo!

This studio was perfect for my husband and I! The property grounds are immaculate. Parking was never an issue. We hardly ever saw another person! Unit was quiet except for some road noise. Really enjoyed this complex and would definitely return!

Great place to stay!

My husband and I booked this cute condo as our second location in Maui. We loved it! It was so clean and cozy! The only “complaint” I’d say is that the fridge has a very, very strong bleach smell and has others have mentioned the road noise can be quite loud (we’re used to that so it didn’t bother us). We loved the private outdoor patio, so cozy!

Beautiful stay in Wailea

We had a wonderful stay at Weilea Ekahi. The room is nicely decorated and clean. I sat out on the balcony often. Although the balcony faces the street and parking lot, it is pretty well surrounded by beautiful trees and plants. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer since we stayed over a week. The room was conveniently stocked with beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. There are two beaches nearby. Great for snorkeling. You can drive to the beach or walk about 15 minutes. The kitchen is modern and clean. There was a Keurig (which needs to be descaled) and regular coffee maker and teapot (although inside of teapot looks worn). It would be nice to have some amenities stocked liked coffee, tea, creamer. There were leftover k-cups I think from the previous tenant which I appreciated. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, cutting boards, glasses, etc. Weilea Ekahi is a great location to stay within Maui. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Our favorite spot to eat was the Kihei Food Truck Park, 8 minutes away. So many great options there, live music at night. Thai Mee Up offers amazing Thai food. GG’s gyros were amazing. There’s a little gem of a coffee shop in the back, Da Green Coffee Bar, in the South Maui Gardens area. From Weilea you can drive to most tourist spots within 20 minutes to an hour (Haleakala sunrise/sunset, Maui Gold Pineapple Tour - they give you a TSA approved pineapple to take home! Helicopter tour was breathtaking.)

Lovely stay in Wailea

My husband and I enjoyed our time at this lovely studio apartment. It is the perfect size for 2 people. I would not recommend it for more than 2. Everything was as described and pictured in the listing. The bed was very comfortable. There are 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and 2 small soft sided coolers in the closet. There is also a collapsible wagon that you can use to help you get all of your stuff to the beach. There is a beach access at this complex as well as plenty of beaches with public parking nearby. I really enjoyed the quiet pools for relaxing and reading. The location is perfect. Very close to plenty of restaurants, golfing, and the Shops at Wailea is less than a mile walk. This unit does back up to a busy road. You can’t see the road because of all of the trees and other foliage, but there is road noise during the day and you can hear the occasional car going by at night. This didn’t bother us at all. Also, stepping in and out of the shower is a little awkward. You kind of have to step around the toilet. This wasn’t a problem for us but it could be a problem for a person with mobility issues. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic studio, excellent location

Great place to stay for me and my wife. Wonderful location, in a beautiful community. Close to the places that we wanted to be without the noise or hustle and bustle. Our trip didn't go the way we planned as a serious injury occurred during one of our excursions, but I was very happy knowing we had a safe and easy to access place to call home at the end of the night. Absolutely recommend.

Comfortable updated little place, with road noise.

The unit is well kept with newer furniture and appliances. The bed was comfortable, the lighting was good, the bathroom was nice with fresh linens. The managers were responsive to questions/issues. The pool facilities were well kept and clean. The only drawbacks were the location, bldg 52 backs up to a busy road with the road noise, very little sun at the unit itself, and slightly awkward having to step around the toilet to get into the shower.
