Der direkte Meerblick von unserer Ferienwohnung sowie die fantastische Lage direkt am Strand sind einfach unschlagbar! Das Mana Kai ist einfach das Beste, was man sich wünschen kann. <br><br>Informationen zur Reinigung während der Corona-Pandemie: Wir wissen, dass unsere Gäste sich im Urlaub erst dann richtig entspannen können, wenn sie sicher sind, dass unsere Ferienwohnung von qualifiziertem Personal ordnungsgemäß gereinigt und desinfiziert wurde. Für das Mana Kai 807 haben wir eine Reinigungsfirma beauftragt, die von der CDC zugelassen ist und deren Richtlinien einhält. Die Reinigungskräfte wurden nach CDC-Standards geschult und verwenden von der CDC zugelassene Reinigungsmittel. Sie haben zusätzliche Reinigungsmaßnahmen eingeführt, um sicherzustellen, dass diese Standards eingehalten werden. Die Sicherheit unserer Gäste steht an erster Stelle! <br><br>Nun aber zurück zu den Urlaubsinfos! <br><br>Das Mana Kai Resort liegt direkt an einem der schönsten Strände von Maui, dem Keawakapu Beach. Der Sand ist herrlich und das Meer ist warm und klar. Tolle Schnorchelmöglichkeiten gibt’s nur wenige Schritte vom Mana Kai entfernt. <br><br>Das Mana Kai 807 ist eine „Ali’i Level“-Unterkunft mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bäder und direkt am Meer, mit 2 Kingsize-Betten und einem Queensize-Schlafsofa. Dank seiner Lage direkt am Strand bleibt das Mana Kai das ganze Jahr über angenehm kühl, aber falls du eine Klimaanlage bevorzugst, ist das Mana Kai 807 mit einer zentralen Klimaanlage ausgestattet. <br><br>Das Mana Kai Resort bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Feinkostladen und einen Gemischtwarenladen im Erdgeschoss sowie einen Verleih für Strandausrüstung, der Schnorchelausrüstung, Paddleboards, Fahrräder usw. anbietet... Das ausgezeichnete Restaurant „Five Palms“ befindet sich ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss, und seine Happy Hour ist mittlerweile sehr bekannt für ihre großartige Auswahl und die günstigen Preise. Das Mana Kai verfügt außerdem über einen wunderschönen Pool direkt am Meer und einen Grillbereich, der den Gästen zur Verfügung steht. <br><br>Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine große Veranda mit dieser unschlagbaren Aussicht! Es ist gar nicht ungewöhnlich, dass Gäste im Winter Buckelwale und das ganze Jahr über Schildkröten von der Veranda aus beobachten können. Strand- und Badetücher werden bereitgestellt. Außerdem verfügt die Ferienwohnung über kostenlosen Highspeed-WLAN-Zugang und einen kostenlosen reservierten Parkplatz.

Absolutely loved the property! Perfect location, the view was amazing, clean, had everything we needed for our stay including parking. Host was good at sending initial booking info and agreement, just had a small hiccup getting the check in information which was resolved quickly with the staff on site. I messaged Tyler and left a voicemail but got no response until Scott let him know we were there and never received check in instructions. It was a last minute booking the week before so that may have been the issue, but everything else was perfect! I would 100% stay there again and recommend it 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at this quiet little resort that still managed to have everything we needed. This is a hidden gem in an amazing location! I would highly recommend this to anyone!! The listing doesn’t do it justice and the owners truly thought of everything!

This is an amazing property at a great location on Keawakapu Beach. We arrived late and the front desk was closed. I didn’t see any security around and so we just proceeded to the room and got in no problem at all. I did have a parking violation the next morning, but it was easily cleared up.

Mana Kai is the only place I ever stayed since 2014

View was great Room in front of elevator was noisy. If close main door noise not bad. Front door to A room had hard rub on floor to open.. No toilet paper in bathroom had to buy some for both rooms. Lights in front room ceiling didn't work. Liked the area and beach would try again.

Amazing views

Such a great stay, we sat onthe Lania most of the time when we were in the room. Great to watch people and activities on the beach. Such great location for quick access to pool and beach. We even got to watch a pod of dolphins right off the beach.

Mana Kai Maui is an excellent resort for families who want to be close to a safe accessible beach and love nature and views. II do miss the restaurant and bar downstairs which was so convenient. For fourty years we have enjoyed this location and the suite was lovely and as promised.

Tremendous Ocean view

Among the three ocean front rentals in 3 islands, we had opportunity to watch the whale dancing at the Sunset. This is our first vacation at Hawaii, so we spent majority of the time outdoors, hence, not had opportunity to use what this resort has to offer. In the future, we definitely want to stay in the place longer and enjoy it more. Love the stay!

The best thing about this property is the view! It has great access to the beach and had beach items like snorkel gear, chairs, cooler in the unit, which was convenient. Laundry was just outside the door and down the hall. The bad news….the unit was dirty (kitchen floor and toilet) when we arrived and had to contact onsite person to clean. Even after he came and cleaned the floor the next day, the place was still just grimly like the dishes , pots and pans. The unit is in desperate need of some TLC. It has not been maintained and needs a lot of repair. While it does have air conditioning, it doesn’t work well! We ended having it going 24/7 with all the ceiling fans and box fans and it never cooled the place to a comfortable temperature. We all slept pretty terribly because it was so hot. For the cost of the place, I would have expected better accommodations.

Amazing view, clean & check in was easy. The staff are friendly & the beach access was perfect. The unit is stocked extras - beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, travel Maui books - all which were much appreciated. I would definitely come & stay again & would recommend.Laundry is not in the unit, but easily accessible just out the door. Some noise in the master due to proximity to the elevator.

Location, Location

Mana Kai is right on the beach and is the best condo building location in Kehei. The condo is good and has most everything you need. We have stayed in a couple different 2 bedroom units here and all are basically the same, relatively small but comfortable for 2 couples.

Nice property with great views and wonderful beach access. Kitchen was outfitted well, and the unit generally had what would be expected. Beach chairs could use some upgrading (zippers were rusted on a couple), and a beach umbrella woould also have been nice, but not a deal breaker. Furniture in living room was okay, but seemed like it could use an updating. Good location, with great access to both Kihea and Wailea. All in all, a great place to stay, and would strongly consider returning on our next trip to Maui.

We were in Kihei for a wedding up in Kula! The location was perfect for us! We were very impressed with the condo it was very clean and had everything you needed! The view was amazing! Will definitely return! We stayed a few extra days to enjoy the beach and pool area! Was one of our best trips to the island!

A dream

Our family of four (two teens) loved our stay. It was quite literally the perfect location. Things we loved about the property: the view, the walk out beach access, the bedrooms split up, having two bathrooms, beach chairs, coolers, floaties, grocery bags, a full kitchen of odds and ends, the general store downstairs. Great ac and ceiling fans too. We will be back. Thank you for making our dream vacation so amazing.

We discovered paradise!

Imagine being so overwhelmed by the view from your balcony that you never want to leave it?!! Seriously, that was our problem! This was an amazing location, clean, cooled, it was everything we needed and more! We will definitely be back! The snorkeling just outside the condo was exactly what we needed! Don’t pass this place up, it’s a gem!

First time in Maui

Many of the public areas are under construction which we were fully aware of when we booked. No noise at all and really not an inconvenience. Great location right on the beach and between Wailea and Kihei. General store on property for snacks and rental shop for snorkel equipment and other items. Room was a little tight, however, we had everything needed in the kitchen and a great view down the beach.

Great spot

While being right next to the elevator is convenient it can be noisy. That was mostly 6-7 am workers I think. Also the construction is ongoing. Not an issue from the condo but an issue from the pool (jackhammers). The view is unparalleled from this condo. We would stay again once the construction is finished.

Great location

Walked the long beach every morning then continued onto the paved Wailea beach path. Would turn around at Polo Beach before turning back. Great way to exercise during vacation. Rented a double kayak from downstairs shop, reasonable rate $50/2 hours on a 2 person kayak. Bought a blow up floater at Nearby ABC store to just relax and float in the waves. Used the BBQ which we took on a couple of picnic lunches. We stayed at this facility 10 years ago and returned.

Best place to stay on Maui!

We keep coming back time and time again to the Mana Kai. It has EVERYTHING we love and need. It's situated in an ideal location. You ride the elevator down from your room and walk briefly thru the beautiful lobby right onto the beach. It is one of the bet beaches to walk a long distance on Maui. The sand is golden and easy to walk on next to the waves. The pool is great for when it gets windy. The grassy area with beautiful lounge chairs is perfect for enjoying a sunny day and the gorgeous sunsets. The 808 Deli has just about anything you need if you run out of supplies. We always rent a suite and love the view from the balconies. We plan on going back to the Mana Kai whenever we visit. Aloha and Mahaol!

Dirty unit

It’s clear the owners/managers care little about cleanliness, maintenance or customer service. We’ve traveled extensively, including to areas of the developing world, but this was the first time we had to clean before unpacking. In Hawaii, it’s customary to remove shoes before entering a home, but doing so in this unit resulted in dirty feet within minutes. Not a good feeling! Manager and agent were unresponsive.
