  • Unsere Einheit befindet sich in Gebäude 9. Wir haben kürzlich alle Einrichtungsgegenstände in unserer Wohnung überarbeitet, um ein Zuhause zu schaffen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist wunderschön mit neuen Möbeln und Bettwäsche eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen Flachbild-TV. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Betten, eine Königin und eine Einzelmatratze sowie neue Bettwäsche.

    Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein neues Sofagarnitur mit einem 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und Blueray, nur für den Fall, dass Sie das Spiel noch sehen oder einen Film ansehen möchten.

    Der Speisesaal und die Veranda sind so eingerichtet, dass sie bequem Platz für eine Familie mit 6 Personen bieten. In der gesamten Unterkunft ist WLAN verfügbar, sodass Sie sich mit Ihrem Laptop auf der Veranda oder Couch ausruhen können.

    Wir haben dieses Gerät mit allen Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause vorgestellt. Wir hoffen, es gefällt euch genauso gut wie uns.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo. The kitchen is so well equipped, everything we needed to cook was available. The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture. We loved making use of the beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers. As for the condo complex, They have a great pool area and gym. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay!

This was a beautifully appointed, well-located condo at Kamaole Sands. It was clear that the owners outfitted and decorated it for their family, so it felt like home the moment we walked in. It’s directly across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III, so we enjoyed the beach and stunning sunsets nightly. We appreciated the beach chairs, coolers, and football:) It was an easy to drive to many different spots on the island for sightseeing. Communication before our stay was seamless. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us… it was like a home away from home!

Steve was very good with communication before and during our stay. Check in was quick and easy. The condo has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy a perfect vacation. We have stayed here before and were excited to see some gorgeous renovations. I have nothing negative to say about our stay. We will be back!

Could this place be better? Nope

We had a wonderful stay, walking distance from the beach, very clean, very good communication from the host. We had a wonderful stay, three kids under 8 and a few adults. I have no complaints, we had just a wonderful stay and would love to stay here again someday.

Great Condo and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Steve’s condo. It was clean, well appointed and in a great location between the pool and beach. The lanai was nice and spacious with a great ocean view to enjoy. We would definitely book this unit again.

Gorgeous remodeled unit, the owners take excellent care of it. Is stocked with everything you could need for a wonderful stay! The owners are super responsive and easy to work with. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Kihei Christmas Vacation

Five of us stayed in the condo for Christmas week. We have stayed at the Kamaole Sands complex previously and have always loved it. This condo was one of the best units we have rented. It has an excellent layout, the bathrooms were well appointed, beach towels were provided, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked both in terms of cookware and also spices and condiments. Would absolutely stay again.

Maui Stay

My husband and I took both our parents to Maui and this place was perfect! It was spacious, clean and had a great location right by Kamaole Beach. Steven also shared some local restaurants and sights to see. It was easy to communicate and get ahold of him. We loved the stay overall and would book it again in the future😊

Great stay!

The condo was as advertised. Very clean and comfy. We like to cook meals in rather than go out and found the kitchen well stocked. Communication with the owner was great. Beds were firm and plenty of pillows. Lots of beach chairs for use plus coolers for the beach. All in all, a great stay!

Great condo and location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Steve’s condo. The whole process from booking to confirmation to check in went very smoothly. Steve is very easy to work with and the unit was perfect for our Maui trip. It had more than we needed in terms of kitchen utensils, beach blankets, etc. The location, being across the street from the beach, was fabulous for the kids.

Couldn't have picked a better condo for our group.

The property is in a very central location with many restaurants nearby and across from the beach. There wasn't one thing we needed that wasn't in the condo. The owner was quick to reply and even gave us advice on tours and restaurants. I would highly recommend. It is a 10/10.

Fantastic stay

Thank you for welcoming us to your beautiful home. The location was ideal, and we took advantage of being so close to the beach. We were very happy to have air conditioning, wifi, the washer/dryer, and all amenities. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, with nice touches throughout. Fantastic rental

The property was well located with easy access to the beach and shops nearby. This rental is a great base to explore the island. The property is well looked after and has all the things you require for a family day on the beach. They have beach chairs/towels/beach boards making it extremely convenient. The unit is really beautifully renovated on the top floor with view of the ocean. Everything is well organized in the house. Definitely would come back to this unit👍

Highly Recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Easy check in. Super clean! Love the kitchen. Condo well supplied with every item you need. The grounds and pool area were well maintained. Walking distance to the beach. We'll definitely stay here again! There was a glitch with the key to open the front door, a bit frustrating. Other than this it's a great place to stay.

Accommodations we will return to !

Location was perfect. Directly across from the best beaches for swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding and watching amazing sunsets. Accommodations were lovely with a large kitchen allowing us to cook meals. We do appreciated the chairs and boards for the beach. And the reserved parking spot for our vehicle. Our experience with the on-site staff and the property owner was best in class. Thank you. We are recommending this location to all our friends as every detail covered perfectly.

Simply amazing

Absolutely no complaints about Steve’s place! As soon as we arrived we felt right at home. The upgrades, comfortability, and location was just spot on. The house was stocked so nicely and we never ran out of the supplies all week! Steve was also very accommodating to check out time which was much appreciated with a late night flight. We would most definitely stay here again! Also the air conditioning was amazing!!
