Aloha, wir möchten Sie in einer wunderschönen komplett renovierten Wohnung am Meer begrüßen, die von Peter Rusnak entworfen wurde. Hawaiianisches Dekor mit Möbeln im Inselstil in der gesamten Unterkunft. Sie werden Hawaii erleben, während Sie sich in einer Luxuswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern entspannen.

H209 ist eine ruhige Wohnung in der ersten Reihe der Maui Kamaole-Siedlung. Die H-Gebäude sind die einzigen Einheiten mit Meerblick in der ersten Reihe, die vom Lärm der South Kihei Road abgeschirmt sind. Ruhe und Frieden erwarten Sie im hawaiianischen Paradies H209.

Beide Schlafzimmer haben neue Möbel und Serta Perfect Sleeper Matratze. Brandneue Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player in jedem Zimmer sowie kostenloser WLAN-Zugang in der gesamten Wohnung. Alle Betten haben auch Bettwäsche mit hoher Fadenzahl, die für ein Fünf-Sterne-Resort geeignet ist. Das Hauptschlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit zwei Einzelbetten im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Und für Ihren Komfort bieten wir viele zusätzliche Kissen und Decken.

Ventilatoren und Klimaanlagen befinden sich in jedem Zimmer. Die Wohnung hat eine Brise so wunderbar, Sie müssen sie möglicherweise nie einschalten.

Die Küche verfügt über neue Geräte und alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause. Eine vollständige Auswahl an Liegestühlen, Boogie-Boards, Sonnenschirmen und Sandspielzeug ist vorhanden. Die Schnorchelausrüstung ist auch in Größen für Erwachsene und Kinder erhältlich. Neue Waschmaschine und Trockner in Originalgröße mit Waschmittel und Stoffbezügen.

Genießen Sie atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge von der Haupt-Veranda, die einen Terrassentisch und Stühle sowie einen Liegestuhl zum Entspannen umfasst. Wonderful place to stay!

Franca was amazing. She thought of everything. Beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, laundry supplies, you name it. She left a bottle of pineapple wine and Island treats on the counter as a welcome present. The condo was clean and decorated very tastfully, the beds were comfortable, the showers had great water pressure and salon professional shampoo and conditioner, and every small appliance you could think of was at your disposal to use. The pool was great too! Not to mention, you could watch the beautiful Maui sunset every night on the lanai. I would most definitely stay here again!

One of the best.

We have stayed in many condos in Maui and elsewhere and this is one of the best. Better stocked and condition than many vacation rentals. Short walk across the road to Kam3 and the beach. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a condo in Kihei.

This places was amazing. Location was great. Such an easy walk to restaurants, beach, morning coffee extra. The view from the patio is incredible. The hosts are amazing. The property is so well stocked with towels, beach items, toiletries, etc. The hosts also provided a 20 page welcome packet which was so helpful and we referenced throughout the entire trip. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We will definitely rent again if visit Maui again.

Everything you need

Great ocean view from the patio (and even while washing dishes). Spacious setup and all sorts of beach stuff to make things easy for you. Plenty of room for two adults and three young children. There is one flight of stairs to get to the unit, and then stairs in the unit to the upstairs bedroom/loft.

Fabulous 10 days

We stayed at H209 for 10 nights and everything was wonderful. Unit had everything one could need; snorkel gear, beach chairs/umbrella, hand lotion, water bottles, Tupperware, … Visited with my two preteen daughters and the twin beds were perfect for them. Loved having two bathrooms. Loved proximity to everything. Would definitely Italy recommend to friends and would stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Ideal home away from home

So many little things that make this place a great choice for your Maui stay. The fewer things you need to take care of or think of or supply for your vacation the better and this place has almost everything you could possibly need for your stay! The kitchen is stocked, towels, first aid, sunscreen, toiletries, laundry, beach gear, entertainment (books, dvds puzzles etc). This is a cozy, comfy place to come back to after long days exploring the Island. The complex itself is really great too, especially the main pool which was always just right for when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone staying in Maui!

Franca was proactive in reaching out with clear instructions which made the check in process complete seamless. We arrived to a spotless clean place with all the amenities of a home. Great vacation!

Loved the place. It was stocked with beach chairs and boogie boards which was super convenient. Walking distance to multiple beach parks. The only thing we didn’t like was the lack of bedroom door on the master. It is a loft but you can’t walk to the closet without visibility to the living room. You can walk to the master bathroom with privacy. We would absolutely book again.

Fabulous!

I can’t wait to come back! The view is even better than the pictures and the lanai is big enough for our family of 6 to enjoy together in the evenings. Having the lanai face NW means beautiful views, yet the ability to be in the shade all day. Plenty of beach gear, well stocked kitchen, short walk to the beach and beautiful grounds. The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Good size rooms, an Xbox for the teens, and a couple of games we enjoyed playing together, the beds were comfy, beach towels provided, and it's a short walk to Fred's for dinner. I would love to book this condo again on our next trip.

Amazing stay!!!

This property was everything we could have asked for and more! It was super clean and was exactly as described in the listing. It had all the conveniences of home, which made packing a breeze. Because the condo came with everything we needed, all we had to bring were our clothes! The condo had ample shampoo, conditioner, body soaps, laundry detergent, and plenty of paper products. We loved having access to lots of thick beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach toys, and ample bags to carry them all in. There were insulated water bottles and coolers available for our use as well. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook a nice meal at home. The views from the deck were amazing! We could see whales breaching right from the deck while we enjoyed a nice meal outside. The owners and property manager were super responsive and easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. They were even able to accommodate an early check in for us. We needed an HDMI cable for one of the TVs and David, one of the owners, stopped by to drop it off for us, which I really appreciated! It was great to meet the owner in person, who was a great guy and made sure we had his contact info in case we needed anything. This is my third stay in Maui Kamaole and this is the best property we ever stayed at! We have found our go to place whenever we’re on the island and look forward to booking this place again the in the future. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home!

Fantastic property

First trip to Maui with the family. This condo was in a perfect location to be close to beaches, restaurants and shopping that you could walk everywhere. Well equipped with everything you would use to cook at your own home. Air conditioning units were pretty dated and not the strongest of cool breezes coming, but we saw a new unit in the closet so thinking that problem will be solved soon! Lots of beach toys, chairs, coolers, water bottles, beach towels and snorkel gear was a nice and convenient touch and made beach days a lot easier to organize, although it would have been nice if the snorkel gear provided was complete; mismatched and not enough for 6 adult faces. A small detail that may well be out of the owners’ hands with previous guests possibly losing or breaking pieces along the way. Property had nice pools, but seemed more like adult style with strict noise rules. Not much fun to be had with over 60’s folks reading by the pool, looking disappointed that any kids/teens in the pool would dare make any noise or splashes. Outside these little things, we will definitely be back! Beautiful views, quiet at night, easy parking, comfy beds, close to everything. We were happy with the value received!

One of the best rentals we've stayed in

We've been renting with VRBO for many years, and this is one of the best rentals we've stayed in. The view is wonderful, beds comfortable, and it was very clean. The condo is stocked with every amenity you might need. Kitchenware and utensils, spices, tupperware for the beach, beach gear, towels- you name it. We loved the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and use of hair dryers. They also left a very generous supply of paper towels, toilet paper and tissue which was appreciated. We were very comfortable in this condo. The neighbors were lovely and the access to great beaches and Wailea shopping was perfect.

Great stay

We had a great time here! Communicate was great. The place was lovely... all the units in this condo complex have a similar layout and this unit was especially comfortable. We loved how easy the hosts were to work with, the snorkel gear, and the ac in each room (though you don't need it too much with the windows open). Would stay here again!
