Aloha und Willkommen bei Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B14 im sonnigen Süden von Maui! Das Innere dieser Wohnung ist NEU aufgrund einer kürzlich abgeschlossenen Renovierung, einschließlich neuer Badezimmer, neuer Schränke und Geräte in einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, neuer Möbel im hawaiianischen Stil, Bettwäsche, Kunstwerken, Dekorationen und vielem mehr.

Das Kihei Sands Condominium befindet sich direkt an einem der besten Strände von Maui, dem Sugar Beach. Von unserem Pool am Meer und unserer Grillterrasse aus können Sie praktisch den Strand berühren - sauber, sandig, unbewohnt und kilometerweit in beide Richtungen. Wie weit ist es bis zum Strand? Wörtlich um 6 Fuß! Unsere Terrassen- und Rasenflächen sind idyllisch. This was an amazing Condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The separate bedrooms and baths was awesome (especially with two kids). It was super clean and check-in and out was a breeze. The location was easily accessible and the beach access was extraordinary with really gentle water which was great for little kids. My family really enjoyed our stay and had a hard time leaving. I would definitely return and recommend this property to friends.

Also on the patio are a couple barbecue's if wanted or needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Kihei Sands was perfect. It was so great staying just steps from the beach. We had multiple units with grandparents / family, and the small location made it easy to always find a patio table for lunch, beach chairs for lounging. The properties all had their own beach gear that we used both on this small harbor beach, and also brought with us to bigger surf beaches elsewhere on Maui. The location is perfect to either hang on the beach, but also central to Maui so you aren't far from any of the tourist spots. Fruit stands, convenience store, and restaurants all walkable from the condo. We have stayed on Maui before this trip, and would stay here again over the huge resorts elsewhere.

A Quiet Maui Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have enjoyed many stays at Kihei Sands & have stayed in both 1 and 2 bedroom units. We have shared a condo with another couple, adult children & have had our grandchildren along with their parents in an additional unit. We enjoy the early mornings on the lanai with a cup of coffee which is provided, watching the sunrise, watching for whales & quiet walks on the beach. There is an ABC store, a bakery and a shave ice store, farmers market & a sandwich shop all within walking distance. Any issues we have had from trouble with the TV, a broken toaster, or missing kitchenware are dealt with promptly. The staff are super friendly and are available & onsite 7 days a week. B14 is a well equipped unit, there are ample dishes, servingware, pots and pans and a good assortment of small appliances.
