This brand new 2BR premier oceanview suite boasts a modern 1000+ sq ft living interior and gorgeous views of the turquoise-hued Pacific Ocean. Elegantly furnished throughout, the suites spacious floor plan is designed with a bright, open living, kitchen, and dining area. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a sumptuous king-size bed while the guest room will either feature a king bed or two double beds and with a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area the suite can comfortably sleep 4 to 6 guests.

Prepare gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen and dine outdoors on your spacious private patio overlooking the lush resort grounds. The living room and bedrooms each feature flat-screen TVs should you want to drift off to the sound of your favorite show. An in-suite washer and dryer also afford guests the convenience of packing light.

Guests can enjoy a range of ocean activities, including snorkeling, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding in the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean, just across the street. The resort also has a large pool with a water slide offering gorgeous views of the ocean, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center for guests who want to stay active during their trip.

As an introduction to the house rules, please note that in most cases “common sense” applies with respect for your safety and consideration for our future guests as well as our neighbors in the community.
SMOKING: Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Smoking inside the suite or on the lanai is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN. A $500.00 fine will be assessed for smoking inside the suite. Any property damaged by burns will also be replaced at your expense.
MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT: Please be considerate of our neighbors. No loud music at anytime, and no parties, music, swimming pool games, noise, etc. during quiet time - between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.
PARKING: A parking fee of $15/day will be included in your reservation balance.
FURNITURE: We ask that you do not sit on the furniture with bare skin and suntan oils. These products can stain the fabric. Please use the beach towels provided.
SWIMMING POOL & SPA: No glass is permitted poolside. Acrylic glasses are provided for your use. Please note that all tiled lanais and the pool areas are slippery when wet or if your feet are wet. Please be careful. No running, no diving, no horseplay. Parents and/or guardians are responsible for their children.
PEST CONTROL: This Property is subject to routine pest control that may correspond to a guest reservation. Best efforts will be made to communicate that service to guests, which can take place 24 hours after notice.
VALID EMAIL ADDRESS REQUIREMENT:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require that the primary guest provide a valid email address within 24 hours of booking confirmation. This email will be used to deliver your rental agreement, arrival instructions, entry codes, and other important stay-related details.
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
After booking and providing your email, you’ll receive a link to our Guest Portal, where you’ll need to complete two required steps:
Guest Information Form – Includes the total number of guests, their names and ages, and the purpose of your stay.
Rental Agreement – This must be reviewed and signed through our Guest Portal, as third-party platforms do not display our full rental terms.
These items must be completed within 48 hours of booking or at least 24 hours before arrival, whichever comes first. If you’d like to review the rental agreement before booking, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to share it.
AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be a minimum of 18 years old to rent this property.

***When you book this property, we will also extend to you an “Ohana Play Package” featuring Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a beach cooler. This amenity package is offered directly through Maui Resort Rentals, care of the service charge and not the resort. Please contact us to coordinate.***
