Your dream Maui vacation awaits you at this beautifully upgraded condominium located across the street from Kamaole II Beach Park. Surrounded by lush tropical landscape, Maui Banyan is just steps away from restaurants, shops, and ocean activities. The island of Maui offers many outdoor activities to enjoy the tropical island life. World-class beaches, whale watching, tennis, golf, hiking, surfing, swimming, wind surfing, deep sea fishing, along with guided tours. After a day of enjoying activities, relax back at your air-conditioned condo with access to two swimming pools with hot tubs and a tennis court. The manicured garden setting offers picnic areas with BBQ facilities.

This beautiful condo has views of sunsets over the Pacific as well as sunrise over Haleakala. Recently updated, this home has all you will need to enjoy a perfect vacation on Maui. Your own private lanai is the best spot for morning coffee and afternoon sips. Living area just off of the lanai offers a Smart TV and comfy pull-out sleeper sofa. Air conditioning in the living area as well as in the bedroom. Dining table for four is an excellent space for breakfast as well as a competitive game of Gin Rummy, playing cards supplied. Open kitchen layout features a large breakfast bar with Cambria quartz countertops and all the gadgets, utensils, dishware, and cookware you will need to whip up meals at home.

The bedroom is separated from the living area by frosted glass Shoji-style doors, allowing you to open up the entire space or close off your bed when calling it a night. TV in the bedroom allows for cozy movie nights snuggled up in bed. The en suite bathroom has a large, tiled shower and Carrara marble bathroom vanities. A bonus full bathroom off the kitchen makes getting ready for the beach easy and offers a tub/shower combo for those who just love a nice bath before bedtime.

Make sure to take time to enjoy the quiet and private resort at Maui Banyan. This property is situated on 8 acres of gorgeous and lush tropical landscaping. The numerous palm trees spread throughout the property make the perfect spot to enjoy some shade and feel the famous Trade Winds breeze by. Take a dip in the pool, work on your tan, or relax in the hot tub! There is a tennis court on the property for your convenience. Get your family and friends together to BBQ on the grills under the shade of a Banyan Tree as you soak in the World-Famous Maui Sunsets!

When we arrived at 4 pm the room had not been cleaned. I was ill and laid on the couch while 3 people scurried around and tried to clean it up. It took a while but was very uncomfortable for us.

Great location, minutes to a family-friendly beach. Spacious kitchen and family room, and master suite. Nice to have two TVs with cable and streaming for evenings. Big balcony. I would recommend upgrading the sliding doors for the balcony, as well as some of the pocket doors (didn't slide easily), and the master shower (Hard to get into, old with poor water pressure)

The check in and access to the property was very simple. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with the basics. The view from the lanai was perfect and sitting there so peaceful listening to the birds and swaying palm trees every morning.

Great Location

Over all we were pleased with the Condo. Although we registered with the Maui Banyan office we kept getting automated texts from CB Vacation to do so. Some texts were out of date, re leaving access cards that were not issued,used or required. Not in favor of the textured laminate flooring, felt gritty on bare feet.Would definatly recommend this condo to others.

We loved our stay from Nov 13-25 in H505. It had everything we needed. It was quiet, safe and the people working at the building were very nice. The kitchen was stocked. Even storage bags, saran, coffee filter. There was also laundry soap. There was lots of soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The bed was super comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. We would like to stay here again, next time we travel to Kihei Maui. Thank you we enjoy your condo very much. LH

We love coming to Maui and enjoy staying at the Banyan condo's. I would not rent this unit again because of the AC and lack of kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. I did reach out to management but they told me there wasn't anything they could do since it was owner owned. It took several days for it to get comfortable. Also, there was not ample supply of bathroom towels, or kitchen utensils. We had to wash dishes everyday and did laundry in order to have clean towels.

We love this property

We continue to return to this property. When you walk on to the property you are immediately shaded and out of any wind. It is quiet and relaxing. We love the location. This unit was new to us but it was as expected and we had no complaints. (The bed was too soft for my husbands liking, but perfect for me. It has a foam topper on the mattress.) We would choose this unit in the future. It is a one bedroom, two bathroom unit. Clean and functional with great appliances and a more modern look than some others. We always choose the 1BDRM/2Bath even though that means you get the narrower balcony. This is a non-smoking property (everywhere except a spot by the parkade). I woke up to the smell of pot one night and someone clearly thought they could get away with it on their balcony, but it was wafting up to us. I went out and could not see where it was coming from. I said out loud that "smoking is not allowed, even on balconies" (quietly as this was 3am), and never had another problem.

clunky to have a property. manager overlay on VRBO

the property is beautiful. Location great. Kitchen modern, furnishings fantastic. view lovely... looks out over trees... beach in the background... not at a building. ] Check in was difficult. Little did i know i was dealing with both VRBO and CB vacation rental. I called "CB" on the morning of the check in. I had still not received door lock instructions. They said "we will not give you door lock instructions until you return the contract.Unfortunateldy i never received a contract. And did not know I didn't recieve it because it is only mentioned in the emial that Hotmail for some reason rejected. THey should def call guests if they have not received a REURIRED contract by day of arrival. Further, my confirmation from VRBO should have made me aware of this. It is crazy to have had to chase them down on day of arrival to find out something that I didn't know. Very stressful... and the bureaucracy seemed like they couldn't figure out how this was a weak link in their VRBO relationship. That said... guess what...there are high CBvacation Rental fees on TOP of VRBO fees. and VRBO fee is based upon condo price INCLUDING CBVR fees!!!! Sham. On up side,The place was perfectly spotless except for the kitchen. Crumbs behind the appliances. Some supplies were missing (for example: coffee maker yes... coffee filters no) but CB responded well to replenish missing basic stuff once I learned which number I needed to call. I would def stay here again despite the clunky beginning.

Great Location

Condo was in a good location, easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and the pictures accurately depicted the condo. For the most part it appeared clean and we didn’t have any issues with anything during the trip. The only negative about the place was the mattress; it was clearly worn out so to try and alleviate the issue a piece of foam had been added on top. The foam didn’t seem to be made for a bed and wasn’t all that clean. The bed was a disappointment after such a long trip to Hawaii!

Comfortable suite, great location!

We loved our stay at the Maui banyan. Especially in this suite. We had a fully stocked kitchen, and two bathrooms and lots of space for the kids to roam in. We really enjoyed having the wagon, beach chairs for our stay! We had hoped for an umbrella, that would have made it even more amazing. The location is great, and the property is immaculate. Very tidy and clean, and the pool area always kept clean. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice place/location

It’s just a couple minute walk to the beach, convenient to have a full kitchen to cook all your meals. There are some small shops and restaurants near by. I think the AC units and fans need to be replaced, as they didn’t cool off the unit as well (but we are from Alaska, and needed to keep cool 😆). Parking was on the second floor in the garage, couple minute walk to the parking stall. There was a constant buzzing sound coming from the second bathroom next to the entrance, we just kept the door closed to minimize the buzzing sound. Other than that, everything else was great!

Perfect location, size, layout for winter getaway

This tidy 3 bed, 2 bath was perfect for our family ski vacation. Loft master with private bath. 2 rooms with full+twin bunks in basement, with a large bath including jacuzzi tub and a real 2-3 person sauna. Both amazing after a pow day! Main floor in between is ideal... Large kitchen with island, dining table for 8+, living room with big TV and wood stove. Small work desk area for puzzles, etc. Minor feedback: Vacasa is national/global, so support can feel impersonal without clear timelines. Local maintenance was responsive though. Owner would do well to spend a few hundred $ on kitchen quality of life items like better cook ware, plates, knives, etc. Definitely recommended for extended stays for 4-6 people.
