Wer es sich leisten kann
Luxus pur, der aber seinen Preis hat! Leider wurde uns ein zwar riesiges, toll eingerichtetes Zimmer Nr. 769 zugeteilt, dessen Lage zuhinterst im Block den Nachteil hatte, dass die teuer bezahlte Meersicht vom Balkon sehr eingeschränkt war: ein Sessel erlaubte zwar Tunnelblick Richtung Ozean, vom Sofa aus waren nichts als eine Mauer und der lärmige, stets hell erleuchtete Korridor zu sehen.

Traum-Hotel !!!
Unglaublich schönes und sauberes Hotel. 2 mal Zimmerreinigung pro Tag! Am Pool gibt es Sonnenlotion und Limonade umsonst, jede Stunde wird einem eine Kleinigkeit gereicht (Obst, Muffins, Eis,...). Billiard und Videospiele kostenfrei. Die höchste Leitung die man sich durch den hohen Preis erkauft ist allerdings die Freundlichkeit und das Zuvorkommen des Servicepersonals. Man wird wie ein König behandelt!!! Das 4 Seasons ist das mit Abstand beste Hotel in dem ich bisher übernachtet habe!!!

We had a great stay for my wife’s birthday. The atmosphere and service was great and it was busy but we did not feel crowded. We did have a small issue with council works outside our room and after explaining things to management they kindly moved us to another room away from the works. Looking forward to staying here again

Don't book the Mountain View
Be wary about the "Mountain View" rooms. Our first room looked out over what looked like a big propane tank. We asked to be moved and got slightly upgraded to the back of a fence and a dumpster. They all appear to be over the parking garage, so the balcony is quite useless for what you would hope to use it for on a luxury tropical vacation. Normally I wouldn't mind, but Maui is a trip that took 10 hours of travel and a huge budget. For this type of trip, at a hotel this fabulous, it was a big disappointment that any room would be this much of a bummer.

We didn't think this FS resort was as good as the other ones we have stayed before. The service is impeccable every one goes above and beyond to help but he resort it self is not that great. We only tried 2 of their 3 restaurants DUO & Spago very good food and service. Got lucky and got reservations on the spot, make sure to reserve in advance. The spa is very nice, and again the people super nice. The adult pool was cute and the pool service was very good, they are very attentive. It was a little busy and you have to get there early to get a chair, it was a little annoying but I think its because there is only 1 adult pool. The grounds are the resort are older, but well maintained. They beach is small but very convenient because its part of the hotel. Also gets busy early you have to reserve a chair at the beach. I don't think we would stay here again just because we didn't like the resort it self, the service people AMAZING!
