194 Ryder Cup is a stunning private home located in the Vanderhorst Plantation community that has been newly renovated in 2023. This spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Kiawah Island vacation home overlooks one of the most captivating lagoons on the island and features easy beach access!

Double doors open to the foyer which leads to the spacious living area featuring hardwood floors, a cathedral ceiling, a custom fireplace, a massive flatscreen TV, and an expansive private outdoor deck. Just off the living area, the designated dining space offers seating for eight and opens directly onto the lagoon-facing side deck with beautiful views. The deck offers comfortable outdoor seating and a high-end BBQ grill, perfect for family meals outdoors and stunning views while you eat. The gourmet kitchen features brand-new luxury appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for three, a separate built-in coffee bar, a kitchen nook with seating for four, and access to the private deck. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen hallway with a full washer and dryer set, as well as storage. A half bathroom is located in the same hallway, just off the main entryway.

194 Ryder Cup comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms. The first-floor primary suite features a king bed, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a spacious walk-in closet, a private bathroom with a double vanity, an oversized shower with a soaking tub, and sliding glass doors leading to the deck.
The second bedroom is located halfway up the stairs, offering a queen bed, a crib, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and an en-suite full bathroom with a large glass shower and dual vanity. Please note: we do not provide linen for the crib.
The third bedroom is located on the upper level with a queen bed, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, plenty of storage space, and a private balcony.
The fourth bedroom is also located on the upper level with two sets of bunk beds and plenty of storage space, perfect for little ones! The two upper level bedrooms share a full size bathroom with a dual vanity.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: Parking is available for 4 cars in the driveway. Garage is not for guest use.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
