The master bedroom has a king size bed, small sitting area, TV and private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second and third bedrooms both offer queen beds, ceiling fans and private bathrooms.

The Vanderhorst Plantation is a private paradise nestled between East Beach Village and Ocean Park on Kiawah Island. Pool Access: Guests have access to the Ocean Green Community Pool only (April-Oct) located just down the street. Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalks 29 and 30.

Please Note: The use of the fireplace is prohibited.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 3 cars (1 garage spot can be used).

Fireplace: The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
