GREAT ROOM:
New sectional, chairs, and stylish tables provide plenty of seating around the flat-screen TV and the dramatic stone fireplace that stretches to the ceiling. Step out onto the main balcony and relax in the new Adirondack chairs and breathe in the fresh mountain air.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM:
The expansive, open kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and tableware, making it easy to prepare meals away from home. It features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful solid wood cabinetry throughout. The elegant dining room, complete with vaulted ceilings and a custom chandelier, comfortably seats up to 10 and is positioned next to a wall of windows and one of the three private balconies.

1ST MASTER BEDROOM:
This master suite features a king bed, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, and a stone fireplace, along with its own private balcony furnished with new chairs and a table overlooking the river. The en suite bathroom, fully remodeled in 2023, boasts quartz countertops, double sinks, modern fixtures, a dual-head steam shower with natural marble floors and walls, and an oversized jetted tub—creating a spa-like retreat right in your suite.

2ND MASTER BEDROOM:
This master suite also features a king bed, private access to the main balcony, vaulted ceilings, a workspace, and spectacular views of the Gore Mountain Range. The private bathroom was fully remodeled with a shower/tub combination with marble surround and quartz countertops with double sinks.

3RD MASTER BEDROOM:
This master suite offers a queen-sized bed and vaulted ceilings, providing a peaceful retreat separated from the other bedrooms for added privacy. Its fully remodeled en suite bathroom features a shower/tub combination with elegant marble surround and quartz countertops wth double sinks.

4TH AND 5TH BEDROOMS (UPSTAIRS):
The first upstairs guest bedroom features a queen bed with a charming lodgepole pine frame, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers a queen bed plus an oversized twin bed, also with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Additionally, there is a small flexible room with a twin mattress on the floor, ideal for extra sleeping space or storage.

UPSTAIRS LOFT:
The loft features two game tables with seating for six and a new couch that converts into a bunk bed, creating a fun and flexible space for kids or extra guests.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
The laundry and mudroom are equipped with full-size washer and dryers, with laundry detergent provided for your convenience. Wall-mounted hooks and a storage bench keep gear organized, and additional amenities—including sleds, a vacuum, a step ladder, and an iron with ironing board—are also provided to make your stay effortless

We had a family gathering of 11 people, 8 adults and 3 children. Our condo was better than described. It’s was very clean, well appointed the kitchen had more than enough dish and silverware plus regular kitchen hardware. The location was perfect. We can’t say enough good thing about the condo.

Spacious, relaxing and clean!

Our stay at Timbers 3081 worked perfectly for our group! We enjoyed the condo because of the ski in/ski out convenience, the whole group eating at the large table, and relaxing in the evening in the spacious living room. The remodeled bathrooms were nice especially the steam shower in the master bathroom. We will more than likely book it again on our next trip to Keystone.

Unreliable Hot Water

First, the bad: this unit does not have reliable hot water, the management company knows and does not care. When I told the management company, they said (and I quote) “the boiler for this building is shared, so hot water would not be readily available during peak times such as the morning or evening.” When I asked for compensation, they said (again I quote) “The HOA manages the boilers and said it was an issue with them, we have no control over the boilers, there for no refund is given, this is written in our rental agreement.”To me, this feels like fraud. There was a known issue with this unit which they failed to disclose prior to renting. When I discovered the problem, they failed to resolve it or compensate me in any way. And of course, there is no way I would rent such an expensive unit without hot water.The good: the location is great. Easy access to skiing.The okay: there is a lot of puffery in the unit description. It is not “ultra-lux” and it was not remodeled. Excluding the lack of hot water, it is a functional 25 year old unit with older furniture and older cabinets. It does have newer kitchen and bath countertops and a newer stove/oven. There is nothing special about the towels or sheets. The upstairs bedrooms are in a loft-like area with low ceilings and no windows.But bottom line – unless you like lukewarm (at best) showers and an unhelpful host, I would strongly recommend staying away from this unit and Summit County Mountain Retreats.

Place was amazing but poor communication

The place itself was amazing, scenery was breathtaking and super clean! The only down fall to everything was communication from the property staff. I tried to book an early check in from the minute I booked the place since the property was vacant days before and after. The staff told me someone would call once it was ready, never got a call. The property was vacant for the next few days so I requested a late check out and the staff member said I was okay to do so and when I asked about the time I never heard back. I assumed we were good to sleep in since the late check out was approved but I wanted assurance that we could check out at 1 pm. To my surprise I got a message at 832 that I needed to check out at 10. It was 3 families in the household that had to rush and try to get out quickly. It ruined breakfast plans, and the frustration of no communication from the staff of the change of plans.

Nice but a few shortcomings

We stayed this past weekend. Positives: Clean, mostly well maintained. Great walking distance to town. Shortcomings: the first night was unbearably hot. No one slept which made for cranky kids. The upstairs bedrooms have no windows and skylights were covered up. The boys definitely needed fans. The showers upstairs were very cold so that was an issue. The remote in one bedroom didn’t work even after we changed the batteries. One of the private rooms did not have a private balcony - it was off the dining area. The elevator broke down twice in three days. For the amount we paid- it would be nice if things were in proper working order. Pool was full of insects most of the time. Hot tub was nice but had lots of dirt in it. Pool was smaller than you’d think. All in all we made it a good time but for a three million dollar property- the owners should probably go in and make sure faux drawers in master bath do not pop off, and check all things in the home- not leaving it to management.

This property is just as large as marketed, and easily slept 3 families. Location was great. Parking for just 1 is a bit of a pain, with such a large property, but the listing spelled out the parking situation right from the get go, so I can’t really complain.

Great place in a great location!

Nice and comfortable place to stay for our group of 12! Comfortable beds and plenty of space for us all. Proximity was convenient to the slopes and shopping. Our group loved coming off the slopes and slipping into the heated pool and hottub! We highly recommend this unit at the Timbers and would definitely stay here again!

Luxury Mountain Penthouse

Wonderful ski in/out 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom rental. All amenities ( heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, steam/dry sauna, fitness room, common room with fireplace, grand piano chess, hot cocoa, and coffee) were as stated, clean and working! The complex is top-notch with heated drive, balconies and tiled floors. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Best Location at River Run

This end unit condo was so beautiful with three balconies facing three different directions. With three great bedrooms downstairs, the adults were all very happy with their rooms. Balcony doors were very tricky to get opened. Dirty dishes were found in the cabinets...gross! The temperature of the unit was very uncomfortable, and the thermostats were impossible to figure out.

The Timbers is perfect, maintain the property

3rd time staying there. Gorgeous property but elevators went out for two days and stranded my mother in law on the 5th floor. Hot water also wasn’t working in the upstairs bathrooms of our unit. If the property would have been maintained and working it would have been perfect! We’ll try again next year!
