Welcome to 54 Outpost Drive! This property has been thoughtfully designed with high end finishes and is the perfect home base for you next Keystone Vacation! The condo features gorgeous wood floors throughout the main level of the home, granite counter-tops, and stainless steel appliances in the gourmet kitchen. The living room features a flat-screen TV, a Sonos sound system, and brand new comfortable furnishings. Look out your window and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain ranges while you enjoy quality time with family and friends. The large private patio features furniture and a grill for summer cookouts. On the first floor of the home, there is a second living room where you can cozy up on the large sectional and watch a movie on the flat screen TV. There is also a private washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
 The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, private patio entrance, and walk in closet. The en suite primary bathroom features a dual sink vanity and a large standing shower. The 3 guest rooms feature queen sized beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests.
 After a long day on the slopes, take a soak in the private outdoor hot tub!  The surrounding area has several hiking trails, a soothing walking trail along the river, and opportunity to view Colorado wildlife during the warmer months. Enjoy fly fishing, paddle boating, scenic drives and more when you come to Colorado during the summer and spring! With skiing being the main attraction to Keystone, there is a convenient shuttle stop located just a short walk from the home. River Run is the closest village which has access to the Gondola, but Mountain House is only a short drive/shuttle ride from the village that has access to the Peru chairlift. Guests of the Alders also receive access to the Dakota Lodge Pool and Hot Tub in River Run Village. Pool Keys are located in the property.  
There is a 1 car garage and additional parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway of this home.

Wedding planning

We were in Keystone with my son and his fiancée to look at different wedding venues. The condo was very nice with a few items needing attention. There are 4 bedrooms but only the master has an attached bathroom. We had problems with the master tv and left a message with the management company on Friday around 6:00 pm. Our call was never returned. The condo needs the stair carpets cleaned, a new hairdryer for the master bathroom and the coffee maker is missing the filter insert casing the grounds to go everywhere. Everything else was great.

Great View House

The house is in a nice neighborhood with great views towards One River Run/Keystone ski resort and the peaks beyond. It’s very nicely decorated and well stocked. Very comfortable for two families of four with young kids with a split of bedrooms & bathrooms both upstairs and down, as well as garage parking that snugly fit two standard SUVs. The deck out front and patio out back were nice to have. However, we had a few issues with the hot tub off the primary bedroom. The water was a little cloudy, but assumed it was maintained. The night we left, both of our sons developed a “hot tub/pool rash” due to the condition of the water as this was the only body of water they were in during our stay and on our last day upon returning from outdoor activities, we ran into laborers sanding and staining the entire hot tub surround. We had no warning of this and were very surprised to see workers during a rental, let alone on a holiday. Unfortunately, we were not to use the hot tub as we had planned and had a pair of toddlers to console. The management company seemed unaware of this scheduled maintenance and was a struggle at first to address our concerns about the water and use of the newly stained hottub. Upon check out, we had not received the check-out routine but did our best to tidy up. All in all, we generally had a great experience with the house, were slightly disappointed with the management company and lack of timely care to our concerns but ultimately did get everything resolved.

We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful townhome. The 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs) allowed us all to spread out and have our own space. The home was extremely clean, well appointed, and the hot tub was a hit. The only reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 was that the pullout sofa mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Two of our guests came to visit us from Steamboat and actually left a day early because of it (and trust me these aren't picky people). I'm sure kids would find it perfectly acceptable but would suggest the owners consider replacing it. Other than that, we loved the place, the location, and management was very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Awesome property

We had a wonderful extended family gathering at the property. It has a great upstairs open floor plan, great for family hang time. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils and everything needed to cook meals. Beds were all very comfortable. The property was well cleaned and cared for. Hot tub was a plus! Great location. Management company was great to work with, very responsive and went above and beyond to get us some lost car keys left in the unit. Great experience, can't wait to return!

Gorgeous Views

Nicely decorated home with amazing views! The property is conveniently accessible to Keystone Resort. Shopping centers, restaurants, gas stations are also conveniently located. Basic amenities provided are very helpful and appreciated. We look forward to returning to this property in the future.
