This updated 2-bedroom + Loft, 2-bathroom sleeps 10 with two Queen beds, two Double beds, and a Full-sized sleeper sofa. It features beautiful views of mountains and Keystone Lake from the private balcony. Ideally located next to Lakeside Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities. The East Lake clubhouse, just a short walk from your back door, is included in your stay. It offers an indoor swimming pool hot tub, sauna, bathrooms and an outdoor barbecue area.
The open concept living area features updated hardwood flooring, new furnishings, a mounted Smart TV next to a beautiful stacked stone wood-burning fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. The private balcony is accessed from the back of the living area. Relax and take in the mountain air and views!
The remodeled, full-sized kitchen, is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features granite countertops, new cabinetry, new flooring, and stainless steel appliances. There is also a kitchen island with seating for three. The dining area, looking out at the mountains, has seating for six.
The primary bedroom, behind the kitchen, features a Queen-sized bed with, surrounding windows, and a flat screen TV. There is ample space for storing personal items in the closet and dresser found in the primary. The private washer and dryer are located in the walk-in primary closet. The primary bathroom features granite counter tops and a double sink vanity. A door separates the standing shower and toilet area for added privacy. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
Head upstairs, here guests will the find the guest bedroom and loft area overlooking the open-concept living area. The first guest bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, surrounding windows, and a en suite bathroom. The guest bathroom features a double sink vanity, and a shower/tub combination in the water room for added privacy. Past the guest bedroom is where guests will find the loft. The loft features two Double beds and a Full-sized pull out sleeper sofa. Guests of the loft can use the dresser for storage and have access to the guest bathroom.

Hot tub could have been hotter, but overall pool was fine.No salt in kitchen, but 8 pepper shakers ... go figure.Parking left a bit to be desired. We have three cars, but given only one spot. The apartment was tight. Climbing 40 steps to access it was a drag. The bedroom layout was not good. We wouldn't stay here again unless it was our only choice.

I sent this in a email:The closet at front door has a piece of Sheetrock left after a repair.The bar stools backs were very loose and seem like they are ready to break.There was a broken one in the laundry room closet.There’s varnish and paint left in the pantry and laundry room.The cabinet by the entry way has drain cleaner in it and cabinet is about to fall apart.The large blind for the balcony falls when you try to adjust it.The trash can cabinet was sticking and made it tough to pull out and push in.The shower door handles downstairs just randomly fall off. Also this shower knob was horrible. It was really hard to find the hot water and to not scald you when it was found.The shelf above the downstairs bedroom is really bad placement. My husband smacked his head on it multiple times.The laundry room closet looks like a shelf was pulled off the wall. Plus it was so full of blankets and pillows we couldn’t use the space. There was also just junk stored in that space.We found the broom but no dust pan.It looked like the crockpot is missing the liner.Upstairs the closet was so full of pillows and blankets so they couldn’t use that space.The toilet stopped flushing. We reattached the chain so it might work now.The bed frames in the loft didn’t seem very stable.The floor heater was always on upstairs. We weren’t able to control it so it was always very hot upstairs. We didn’t use the heater downstairs but the bathroom trash can has been melted prior. One was rude on the phone.

Enjoyed the stay. Very cozy. We were here for conference so didn't get to enjoy the space as much as we would have liked. Our only comments would be that the electrical outlets in bathrooms did not work. Also, it may be good to mention that there is no elevator. Unfortunately, both co-worker and I had injuries, so trying to go up and down three floors was a bit difficult.

Check in was easy. The condo was clean and nice. In a beautiful setting with lots of things within walking distance. Kitchen had most everything we needed. The only drawback was that we didn’t realize till we got there that it was on the third floor with no elevator. And also only 1 car parking was allowed and the alternative parking was expensive and about half a mile away. All in all it was a great property aside from those few challenges.

Overall did like this place! Beautiful views from your windows. Easy to walk to the lake, coffee, small playground, family friendly. Lots of stairs to get up to the unit. One parking spot was tough for a larger family/ group. Got there and the unit was not finished being cleaned. It has plastic all over the floor, furniture moved around, and cleaning supplies left out. The upstairs bed in the loft space had a broken leg which made theis bed very uncomfortable .It did have a baby gate and games for the kids which was fun. Great location. Spacious for a bigger group with lots of storage.

parking problem
The appartment is listed for 10 people, however the parking allows only 1 vehicle so unless you came there in an actual van (not a minivan) you will have a big problem with parking the additional vehicles. Additional parking is 2 miles up the canyon so you can imagine how convinient it is. We spend the rest of the day after arrival just figuring out the parking for additional vehicles, as the listing states "open parking is available" but this is only for that 1 vehicle. Any additional ones will be towed. So be awere when you book. Also, the property is on the 3 floor with no elevator, to get to the pool (which is amazing) you have 76 stairs, half of them outside the building. Our stay was in summer so this was fine but winter might be dificult. There are great walking paths around the property, as well as a lake behind the building is a home for geese families which were adorable. We also saw a moose from our balkony!

Place was clean and big. Very close to the slopes. Great for kids. One thing to keep in mind is that bedrooms upstairs are pretty open. So if staying with multiple families, something to consider.

Spacious balcony
Really loved the view in the balcony and it was spacious. Right next to Keyston. The only issue was being without a washer the entire stay, and we we're on the third floor so it was inconvenience to have to use the public washer and dryer. The public dryer didn't really dry that well and had to take the wet clothes to the lodge dryer wich did work. I understand things happen and I will still highly recommend staying there.

Dirty Condo
Unfortunately our overall impression wasn’t the greatest. Our family came to ski for the week and we were guaranteed on the listing that this condo was a pet free home with clean sheets. However, after a full day of traveling and renting skis, we were ready to go to bed only to find dog hair all over the sheets and long pieces of hair as well. There were food crumbs all by the couch and most of the outlets did not work. When we brought this to the attention of the property manager, we were told that they would refer our concern to higher management but to much of our dismay never got a response.

MLK Ski Weekend
Great condo for our annual MLK Ski weekend! Convenient to get to Keystone. Clean well-stocked kitchen, cozy wood-burning fireplace. When we had issues getting the smart TV connected, management sent someone over to getting it working! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent in all ways, except for upkeep.
Location was great, entire process of booking/checkin/checkout very easy. No major issues.
Upon arrival we immediately noticed that the property has not been properly maintained. Nothing outright broken, but there’s a good chance of breakages occurring in the near future. Two doors were leaning on their hinges to the point that you just lift the door to open/close. Most outlets need to be replaced as cables unplug by breathing on them and lose power. Water pressure very high- not a problem now but will be if the owners do not take action. Many fixtures loose and need to be tightened.
One last thing- the rental is surprisingly difficult to heat. Recommend bringing a light jacket for inside the rental, and light a fire in the fireplace.

Great place to stay overall
It was a wonderful place to stay for my family and I as we spent time in the mountains. Lots of room and a great view of the mountains. The road outside was pretty loud (even at night) but that can't be changed. We noticed that there were a lot of minor repairs that needed to be made to this property, chairs that needed to be tightened (were unusable because they were so loose), smoke/carbon monoxide detector that wasn't attached to the ceiling, chips out of the base of a lamp and lamp shades that seemed to be a little dirty. Despite the minor repairs (which can be overlooked), it was a great place to stay.

Great condo, great location
We were only able to stay one night, but loved the condo unit. It was clean, spacious and decorated well. Located right next to Keystone Lake and in a very walkable, beautiful area.
