This spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom, top-floor condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, a twin-over-queen bunk bed, a queen Murphy bed, and two sleeper sofas. It features two en suite bathrooms plus an extra full bathroom. Private balcony with slope and mountain views. The kitchen gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.
The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a Smart TV, Blu-ray player, a beautiful gas fireplace, and board games. A queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area and a queen-sized Murphy bed near the living area supply ample sleeping arrangements. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony can be accessed through the living area. It has scenic slope and mountain views.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a twin sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathrooms has double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the guest bedroom.

Close to River Run gondola, directly across from the ice rink. Well stocked kitchen; hot water boiling pot, crock pot, electric griddle, muffin tin, cookie sheet, coffee pot and Keurig, spices...The bedding and towels were good quality and everything was clean. It was really nice to have an in-unit washer and dryer. I've never heard of having to pay for parking separately when there's a parking garage with the condo, though.

Spacious and comfortable home away from home! The kitchen is well equipped, the 3rd bathroom was great to have and there were plenty of towels too. The beds were really comfortable. We loved having a selection of board games to play! The walk to the gondola is more like 4 minutes (not 7). The garage can be a bit of a squeeze if you have a bigger SUV or truck.One of the nicer places we’ve stayed at! Would come again!

Lovely and spacious
Stayed for 4nt for a meeting and some activities. Space was spotless and nicely updated. Top floor unit, nice high ceilings and very spacious. There was a third full bath and the couch and murphy bed as well as some singles. Even with adult could comfortably have fit 5 or 6. Will look for it again

A Great location and Nice place
Everything was great! Location of the condo was perfect for our family with young kids. Close to everything we needed and quiet enough to get some sleep. Kids loved the pool and ice skating nearby. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. Heated parking garage is clutch and ski lockers in the lobby area we're convenient and easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place great location
This property was wonderful very spacious it was just myself and a friend but could easily accommodate three to four people or two couples with a kid or two. The only issue that I had was where the washer and dryer was in the unit the dryer vent doesn't vent the outside it uses a water exhaust system and there was a lot of lint on the walls because it wasn't used correctly I notified the management company and they said that was going to be addressed and the only other issue was the couch and the chairs to watch TV might not have been the most comfortable but definitely not a deal breaker. The hot tub does get a bit crowded but the pool was almost as warm so again not a big deal. I definitely would book at this location again. Keystone is a great Mountain for about a 4-day trip.

Great getaway for me and my young adult kids
The accommodations were very comfortable for me and my 2 young adult kids. They really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The location is very good with less than 10 minute walk to the lifts.

Wonderful condo close to ski-lift
Great condo conveniently located to River Run Gondola. Perfect for our skiers. Loved having three bathrooms! The beds were all extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Having dish network was a plus so we could watch football and Christmas movies! Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook our holiday meal. Underground parking was nice, but very tight for our bigger truck (multiple turns just to get parked and unpacked). Having an elevator with luggage carts was a bonus! Made it extremely easy to move everything in and out! The heated pool, hot tub, steam room, and gym were also awesome! Definitely would stay here again!
Only negative is that they need to clean around the dryer (there was lint and dust balls everywhere) and somehow anchor the dishwasher to the wall as when you try to load and unload the dishwasher it fell forward. Not a deal breaker but somethings to improve :)

Family vacation 2023
Property was prepared and clean for our stay. We appreciated that everything was ready and accurately described in photos. Air fans were needed as it was end of July- temperatures through the day warm into the 80's and no air conditioning in the unit. It was on the warmer side- even though we opened all the windows/doors and left them open the entire time we were there. One fan didn't work so we communicated that with owners, and they promptly brought us a new fan. This was much appreciated! Perhaps air fresheners would help make the initial smell of the unit better. With it being summer with windows being closed, no air conditioning/air movement, the smell at first wasn't the greatest. The master bathroom drain in the shower/tub was extremely slow to drain. (It is behaving like it is big-time plugged.) The only other problem was that we couldn't get the TV in the master bedroom to work, so we weren't able to watch TV in that room. (Maybe the batteries a remote were needing to be replaced. ) (We didn't try the TV in the smaller bedroom with the bunk beds). We did get the main TV to work in the living room.

VERY happy with the place & facilities. Clean, well-stocked, and just as presented on the site. Only drawback was getting the keys at check-in, they didn’t put my keys in the lock box until EXACTLY 4:30, despite many others getting theirs way earlier. Bad luck, I get it, but the sign said ‘about 4 pm’, and they texted me constantly to check how satisfied we were (excellent!), so they could’ve texted that as well.

Cozy getaway with our daughter
We didn't use the kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice size, the unit itself was clean and cozy, comfortable for 4 people. It was an easy drive to Breckenridge, ate at the Keystone Ranch (lovely). We just had a very nice, short stay.

Fabulous!
What a beautiful place! Spacious & plenty of comfortable bed space, this rental checked ALL the boxes for our family. We daily enjoyed the private balcony’s view of the slopes, the clean, warm pool and hot tub, the convenient in-rental washing machine and dryer & all of the thoughtful kitchen extras. What a great place!!
We purposely came at an off-peak time & we definitely enjoyed the price deal as well as having the resort all to ourselves, yet be aware that aside from the pool & hot tub, we experienced the rest of the resort amenities (specifically ice skating/mini golf, kids zone as well as some surrounding businesses) closed for the in-between season. No biggie, we were there for the spectacular views which were truly stunning.
Something to be aware of is the potential for experiencing symptoms of elevation sickness. As an oblivious family from the flat Midwest, we had no idea how high this ski destination really was (even compared to neighboring towns). Our symptoms (insomnia, vomiting, extreme headaches) really put a damper on the start of our vacation. Do your research! The owners were super thoughtful to provide many humidifiers (& instructions to keep them running constantly) which really helped out a lot.
The surrounding area provided unforgettable moments for my whole brood. Some of our area favorites: the Breckenridge troll, Red Rocks park & amphitheater, Sapphire Point Overlook Trail, and the many routes to and from Denver (don’t miss the Hwy 6 route)!

Hot tub was Luke warm on our first night. It had been fixed on the second night but was even colder on the third night. Was disappointed since this is very important after a hard day skiing.
