Gute Ausstattung, von außen unscheinbar
Voll ausgestattete Küche, sauber Ohne Rezeption, man bekommt vor Buchung einen Tür Code...sollte es Fragen oder Probleme geben leider kein Ansprechpartner. Ansonsten ruhige Lage, ca 20 min Laufzeit bis Mallory square

Everything you’d need
This place is a gem. The management called before and during our trip to make sure everything was going well. The cottage was clean, quaint, and walkable to everything in Key West. Even though parking wasn’t available onsite, we easily found parking yards away from the entrance for our two night stay. We will be coming back again!

So-so
First of all there was construction on the street so that had an impact on our stay. The courtyard was a lot less than the picture showed. The bed was not very comfortable, soft! And we knew there was no parking but street parking was very difficult which also resulted in our vehicle getting towed. Our fault for not reading signs more closely. We were not told there was no towel service. We never saw anyone that we could ask questions. Not a place we would ever consider staying again.

Hello Susan, We do apologize for your car getting towed and the issues you had during your stay. We do provide photos and virtual tours of the home so our guests can make sure they are getting the exact home they need for their vacation. We do list all the amenities for the home so our guest knows what we do or do not provide as each home is different. We do apologize for any inconvenience or frustration you had during your stay. Don't book! Not a hotel. Deceptive firm.
STAY AWAY! Deceptive company and awful rooms. This property is NOT connected with the prestigious and historic Simonton Court Hotel. It's run by Vacasa, a property rental firm that has no one on site. Everything is handled through email/text or their app. It's a little apartment complex on the OTHER end of Simonton Street, and it says "Truman-Monroe-Audubon" on the sign, NOT Simtonton. It's not well maintained, it's old and not pleasant. No pool. Even sitting outside on your porch, you hear nothing but the nearby rooms' air conditioners. If we were supposed to get maid service for our two-day stay, no one ever showed up. Everything is done by email and remote lock codes on the door. STAY AWAY!

Overall was excelent. The place smells fresh and it was clean. We have only an issue with the showerhead because it was pointing the door shower and we couldn't re position it.local area perfect. We'll recomend it.

Not my favorite.
There were no one to check in, there were no one to ask questions, there were no one to help us storage our luggage when arriving early. The worst thing is, not having parking nearby.
