Verbesserungswürdig: Personal & Service
Zusätzlich Hotelgebühren waren nicht korrekt aufgeführt bei Expediabuchung. Obwohl laut Expedia nur noch 105€ vor Ort zu bezahlen waren mussten wir 240$ zahlen. Das darf nicht sein. Zusätzlich wurden, obwohl ich Frühstück inkl gebucht habe, für 2 Kinder über 120$ fürs Frühstück in 3 Tagen zusätzlich fällig. Weiter wurden 22 Dollar pro Tag Parkgebühren fällig. Wenn der Aufwnthalt somit 400€ teurer wird als geplant ist fies natürlich eine herbe Enttäuschung.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Wasser
Das Hotel ist wirklich traumhaft. Die Zimmer mit Sunsetblick sind sehr groß und sehr schön. Die Lage direkt am Wasser ermöglicht zudem den direkten Einstieg ins Meer. Dieser ist leider für ein solches Top Hotel doch sehr lustlos gestaltet. Frühstück ist auch sehr gut.

Amazing property only outdone by the top notch staff. We have always stayed at the pier house until this trip and after thinking our standards would never be surpassed the hyatt proved us wrong. From the welcome drink, amazing bartenders at the blue mojito, top notch front desk regrading all of our requests, even taking care of our bags and lining taxi's up for our travels home. The Latitudes restaurant onsite was excellent. Enjoyed a hot breakfast each day. Menu options were good. Waitstaff very attentive. Had dinner here one evening. Craft cocktails were excellent. Appetizers & entrees were good. Waitstaff again addressed all of our needs. Indoor & outdoor dining available. Nice location on the property.

Our stay was what one would expect with a Hyatt property, clean/good service. The price tag is the reason for the 4 stars. The views for our stay coupled with the limited amenities made me wish I’d booked somewhere not on the water.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was quiet yet located where you could walk anywhere you wanted to go. There are tons of restaurants close by and you are 2-3 blocks from Duval. The restaurant has a great breakfast (add breakfast onto your room) and you can hang out around the pool or find a spot on a dock if you want something quieter. Lisa, Mikki, RAF were a few of our servers who were excellent and we needed fresh towels every day as my husband was sick so they cleaned our room every day on request. Also Erin in the gift shop is a gem and very helpful! We had a fabulous stay! Everyone there provides excellent customer service!

There were gaps in the door that night, air and light in. Light switch in the bathroom did not work properly. I paid the same price is three other couples that went down there and they all got better rooms than I did. Their views were much better.

Very close to restaurants and attractions. Beaches are pretty much non existant in Key West.Very small if you find one.
