Die Baustelle vorm Haus war sehr laut, zumal die Balkontür sehr hellhörig war. Alles andere war super, ein klasse Hotel! Toll auch, dass im Pool Schwimmreifen etc. für die Kinder zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Top!

Ein tolles Hotel mit einer sehr schönen Einrichtung und vielen Dekorationen. Man fühlt sich wie auf Cuba. Die Zimmer sind groß genug und alles ist sauber. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen 30-minütigen Shuttle-Service ins Zentrum an, ein toller Service. Man kann auch Fahrräder oder Scooter mieten, der Preis dafür ist ok. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and the pool area was nice. Our room however seemed to have a water damage. During the night water came down from the ceiling.

Der DJ am Pool war zu laut und die Musik passte einfach nich zu Havana. Unser Eindruck, ein altes Motel, das mit vielen Kleinigkeiten aufgehübscht wurde. Gut war der Shuttle Service, das freundliche personal sowie der nette Pool.

O hotel é bom; area da piscina muito agradável, bem natureza como nas fotos. Mas existem pulgas. O primeiro quarto oferecido bo entorno da piscina tinha um cheiro de mofo insuportável. A troca foi feira imediatamente para outro quarto no prédio principal. O cheiro de mofo continuo, mas era suportável. Funcionários gentis, quarto espaçoso. Local próximo a lojas de conveniência mas longe do centro. Oferecem um serviço de shuttle para o centro, de hora em hora - não muito confiável em relação aos horários.

I liked the shuttle Downtown from the hotel which runs every 30 min. I also enjoyed the pool and the bar. What I didn’t like is that breakfast is not included, there is no entertainment, no live music or shows. The price doesn’t match the quality of the hotel.

We had an amazing time at Havana Cabana. The shuttle service was great. We hopped on the free bus Duval Loop at the drop off point. The staff was amazing. The pool was beautiful. Bar food outstanding. No complaints.

The only good thing about this “resort” is the pool. The pool is very nice and plenty of seating and cabanas to lounge in. The rest of the property is a dump! The bar area is inadequate and the dining area with a “food truck”, back in the day we called them “Roach Coaches” on the construction sites is very poor and the food is better at McDonald’s. The room we stayed in smelled, which we finally figured out came from the bathroom. Whether it was the water drains or the toilet, who knows??? Whenever we were in the room we kept bathroom door closed with the fan on to elevate the smell. We had to ask to have the room cleaned, towels changed etc… something we shouldn’t had to ask for. I think the overall experience in the keys would have been far better at another resort. Our first time in the keys and we will know better next time. I would not recommend this place, especially for the price and the added “Resort Charge”.

Key West's best pool. Property is in New Town area, away from the hustle bustle of Duval and the Old Town properties (which i absolutely love, as well). Property does have a shuttle that will take you to the fun if you so desire. In my opinion, it's a bit much to ride a scooter or bicycle from the hotel to the Duval Street activities due to Route 1 being so busy (not safe, IMO). The food truck is good, but the options are limited. However, there's a ton of good dining within minutes. I travel to Key West twice a year, typically. Havana Cabana is my new favorite place to stay. Can't wait until October when they make the switch to adults only.

the hotel is amazing and we were so don't care that it is far away from historical part because you have fast and convenient shuttle bus! Food was amazing, nice rooms, lobby is so beautiful. But!! So many caterpillars around the property I've never seen! Around the pool , in and outside the pool bathroom, on the patio. Bbbbrrrr this is not for everyone. I do understand that they will become butterflies but how you can move them away from guest area?

Havana Cabana is currently NOT all adult. So if you’re looking for something for the summer without kids, look somewhere else. The property is old but they do strive to keep it clean. The rooms are old and a bit musty, but ok. The staff is lovely, front desk staff is great and very helpful. Food and drinks at the pool bar are expensive as is everything in Key West. Resort fee is also quite high for basically a pool. Shuttle service is a plus, but drops off quite a ways from Mallory Square so keep that in mind. Only one location too. Drivers are nice and were accommodating for us on a couple occasions. All in all it was a nice stay. I won’t be going back, there are a lot of places to explore.

The bed was comfy, it was great to have full sized bed pillows, unlike a lot of other hotels.Large, thick bath towels. Included shuttle service to downtown, it was great to park our car and not get back in it until the day we left. Everyone at the front desk were friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again.

Hotels property was beautiful. Food truck and bar were delicious. Room was Nice. Balcony had beautifulview of water across the street. Bathroom plumbing was atrocious. Tiolet hard to flush. Shower difficult to operate. No handrail or grab bar in tub/shower. No hair blower in room. Had to request several times.

Overall the property and staff were fantastic! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the continued humidity in the room that kept most surfaces damp as well as not helping the condition of room floor. Even with that one negative i would definitely recommend the hotel to others and plan to return next year!
