Welcome to Manatee Bay, a canalfront vacation rental located in the desirable Cross Key Waterways neighborhood of Key Largo. This elevated stilt home offers direct boating access, waterfront outdoor space, and a spacious layout designed for relaxed Keys living. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, the home features an open-concept second-floor living area and a private first-floor guest suite with direct canal access. Interior stairs connect both levels, offering flexibility and privacy for families or groups.

Enjoy canal views from the covered second-floor balcony or relax on the shaded ground-level patio just steps from the dock.

🛋️ LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN

The second-floor living area is open and inviting, featuring an L-shaped sectional and Smart TV, with direct access to the covered canalfront balcony. Natural light and water views create a relaxed setting perfect for gathering after a day on the water.

The dining table comfortably seats 6, while the spacious kitchen includes a large island with 4 counter stools for additional seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, including cookware, dishware, utensils, glassware, and a Keurig coffee maker. The ideal place for extended stays and easy group meals.

📍 LOCATION

Manatee Bay is located in Cross Key Waterways in Key Largo, offering quick access to both outdoor adventure and everyday essentials.

– John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is just 0.7 miles away (about a 3-minute drive) for snorkeling, diving, kayaking, and boat tours
– Dagny Johnson Key Largo Hammock Botanical State Park is nearby for scenic trails and nature walks
– Four restaurants are within half a mile of the home
– Publix grocery store and pharmacy are approximately 2 miles away

Convenient mainland access makes arrival and day trips easy.

-Stilt home with interior stairs
-Waterfront property children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times
–Dock and boat lift access must be arranged prior to arrival. Use of the dock and lift is available for an additional $650 per stay. Please note that dock access is not included with the reservation and must be reserved in advance.
-No pool on property
-Home is hypoallergenic and no pets are allowed

HOUSE RULES

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

–Minimum rental age is 25. A valid photo ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
– An accurate guest count must be provided.
–No parties or events. Unauthorized guests on property will result in fees and/or immediate eviction.
–Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
–No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000

Starter Supplies
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings
Same-day bookings require company approval. Guests must provide information about their group and purpose of stay. If approved, a government-issued ID is required for verification. Your phone number must match the phone number registered on your account, or your reservation cannot be honored. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. All same-day bookings require a minimum of 3 hours before check-in, and check-in may be extended later than 4:00 PM.

Baby Bundle

If you have little ones, we offer: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Please make your request at the time of booking or 24 hrs prior to your arrival.

Mid-Stay Cleaning Requirement

For all extended stays of 30 nights or longer, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required every 30 days.
If your reservation is 60 days, two mid-stay cleanings will be required, and so on.
This helps keep the home maintained during longer stays and ensures everything stays in great condition.
Mid-Stay Cleaning Fee: $300
