„This place is a cozy, charming, clean, close to everything we wanted to see in Paducah place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The host is very responsive and helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer. We would stay here again.“

„Dianna, the host, is so nice. She communicated very well, and she went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth as it could be. Our check-in was very straightforward. We stayed there for a night to rest on our way to TN, and we will for sure do it again.“

„The Clark was comfy, cozy and quiet. It is the perfect reason we chose places like this and not hotels. Great location and the host was excellent, you can't miss with The Clark.“

„Not as clean as it should be. Had to call for extra washcloths, only one handtowel for six days. Cobweb in the corner, by the kitchen sink and bathroom. TV about to fall off of wall, we had to tighten it up. The rug in the bedroom area, really needs to be tossed or cleaned, you can smell it while sitting in the kitchen chair. Someone left a bag out on the back porch around the leg of a chair. It is such a cute place, but, needs some tender loving care.“

„The house was nice, clean and spacious. If I had any questions the host responded in a timely manner. It is not too far from Shawnee National Park and trails and Paduka, Ky.“

„My bridal party and I stayed here for the days leading up to the wedding, we thought the place was so cute and cozy! You can tell the host takes pride in what they do and wants to make sure their guests are taken care of. The girls appreciated the gas station that’s not even a minute away for their morning snacks and refreshments.“

„The house was very clean and comfortable. Easy in and out to places we wanted to visit. Host was very easy to communicate with and we were even able to extend our stay one extra day without any issues. We would definitely recommend this house. You won't be disappointed.“

„The room was clean and the location was great, quiet neighborhood and easy access to everything we wanted to do.“

„Very clean and very nice! Had plenty of room and the temperature of the house was perfect.“

„So many extra touches! Very clean, great location and I would highly recommend“

„What a wonderful stay! Probably the cleanest room I’ve stayed in, with a personal touch and comfortable bed!“

„Bedrooms were nice. The pull out couch bed was comfortable. There were some issues but host fixed most of them immediately. The toilet base is off the floor so it wobbles a lot.“

„Very nice house. My son’s family enjoyed their stay. Extremely clean and very pleasant host. Would stay again“

„Wasn’t what I expected it to be. Could’ve just got a hotel instead.“
