„Location and size of place were perfect.Areas that could let some down: The flooring in basement was broken up and a bit dangerous, I tripped on the rug trying to cover it all so not a great solution. The pool sticks had no tips so couldn’t even play. The yard was huge but be cautious with the many holes on it.
