Good stay. The gym is not that good, but you have the basics. The bar is cool, the staff was really friendly. The room was good, only point is the TV is not straight in front of the bed.

We came from out of town and our room was ready so we were able to check in early a really big plus. We were on the 5th floor so we didn't have to deal with noisy upstairs guests. The only downside was our room smelled like Mexican food , so I called downstairs for some room freshener and they brought it right up. Next morning the room smelled like burnt toast. Maybe this was due to being on the top floor and the venting system was the cause . Overall the bed was very comfortable and plenty of soft pillows.

Exceptional hotel!
This location was very nice, extremely clean, and the staff were so nice! My only critique is that the beds are pretty firm and not the most comfortable, so it wouldn’t be ideal for long term stays, however, it wasn’t so bad I couldn’t sleep. And due to the excellent cleanliness, relaxing atmosphere, great location, free parking, friendly and helpful staff, and the price, I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a wonderful hotel. Place was full but you’d never know- extremely quiet. Nice breakfast.

Didn’t honor room request
Made reservations for 2 rooms several months ago. Requested adjoining rooms or rooms on same floor. Called a few days before arrival and was told our room request was okay. When we checked in we were told they couldn’t honor our request and were put in rooms on different floors. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

Crazy how many tax add ons there were without letting us know before booking it!! Plus the little store inside the hotel charged me $10 for 1 bag of microwave popcorn!! No prices on the items!!! The price of tge hotel was too expensive for the area.

WWE Kennewick
We came to see WWE at the Toyota Center and had a great time at the event. We loved being able to simply walk across the parking lot and be in our hotel room, skipping traffic and a lengthy drive home. The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived around noon on our check-in day and asked if there was any possibility of early check-in, fully expecting to be denied, but they made it happen. Our room was spotless and bigger than we anticipated. See photos for more. I got my receipt emailed to me proactively and checkout was late, but we headed out early. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast the next morning which had a variety of things including make your own breakfast sandwiches, waffles, oatmeal, and coffee. Everything was clean and well-stocked. We loved the convenience of having this hotel so near, had no problems and a great experience, and if we ever return to Kennewick, we'll certainly be staying here again.

A good place to stay
The hotel and facilities were nice. They provided the three beds I needed. The air conditioner was noisy. The design was poor because it could not dampen the noise of the toilet.
