It was packed with kids on sports teams. Most of them were cute and responsible but there was some wildness afoot as well.

A relatively new property just off I-82. Easy to get to with ample parking. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the room was very clean and in very good condition. The location has easy access to anything and anywhere in Kennewick that you might need to go.

We were gathered for a family event and it was convenient to gather in the lobby for some group visits. Certainly all the boxes can be checked for what matters for a comfortable stay. I like to be able to open a window at night and like most rooms these days, at chain hotels, this was not possible. The soundproofing is not all that great either--we could hear the footsteps in the room directly above us. But these are not big issues and we would have no hesitation staying here again if we are in the Tri-Cities area.

The Wi-Fi was next to impossible to connect too for the two nights we were there. Apparently this was a network issue in the entire Hilton Chain, according to management. We wouldn't have stayed there had we known of the Wi-Fi problems.

There was a dog next door that was quite annoying for a couple of hours and the trucks going by that was using their compression brakes was a bit much. The bathroom in room 414 wallpaper was coming down and was dirty in the corners, room 408 had walls that were not fully painted and had dirty marks.

Nice place to stay.
