Old broken furniture and fixtures. Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Barely got hot water in the shower if I was lucky. Toilet seat was loose. Tightened it up myself. WAY overpriced for the condition of this facility. Cleaning service never came after my second of three night stay. Will NEVER stay or recommend anyone stay there again.

There were ants on counter by the coffee, our shower was luke warm . Front desk said they would call maintenance in morning, but we leave at 0730.

No heat in the room, had to get a portable one from the front desk. Phone did not work to call them. Freezing cold air coming in room under door connecting to another room. It is really a shame, this used to be a nice, happening place, and now the parking lot is empty, the 3 convention room s sit empty, the bar, restaurant closed. Shower missing knob to make water come out up top

I stayed at this facility with other people in other rooms. All of our rooms had hair in the bathtubs, in the sink. There was mold on the walls. The lamps were broken, the TV didn't work in one of the rooms. There were bullet holes in the window. It was apparent that no house keeping is done. If so, at the very bare minimum. The side door was kept open by someone who propped it open. It felt very unsafe, and extremely unsanitary. The dining room still had food on the floor from the day before. It really was the worst place that I, and my friends had ever stayed at.

I found the property old, dated and not clean. The new toilet in room 131 was broke and leaked water at your feet when flushed. We switched rooms but the furniture was literally beat up and dated. The floor was stained and not clean. There were left over luggage debris from a previous guest. The lounge was closed due to a lack of staff. I will say the breakfast was 10 out of a 10!

This hotel is quite tired and in need of renovation. Carpet was very stained, armoire was broken and missing drawers, bathroom was showing rust and other signs of lack of fan and age. The room’s window faced the parking lot and the I-5 freeway only a stones throw away and provided very little noise insulation. Heard every car door or trunk shutting and every motorcycle or truck on the freeway. The in room refrigerator and the heat/AC units were both loud as well. Staff was exceptional and the property was clean.

Not a bad place to stay for a night. Easy freeway access and property seemed safe. Key card would not work on any outside doors and would cause the key to reset so it would not work in the room door either. Had to visit the front desk 3 times for this. Bed was mostly comfortable, but may have also been broken as any movement caused it to make a clunking sound.

The room was great however the toilet not so much went to the desk and she handed me a plunger. Went for breakfast to have the lady at the desk and… the other staff member get into a heated discussion if you will breakfast was late and we had to leave with out and hit a drive through. Felt the hotel was dated but room was big pillows were lacking but other than that it was a great stay

This hotel could use a remodel. Bathroom had tile falling down by the door. Curtains were a little worn. No tea really available and breakfast was usually gone by 9 am. I might go to the hotel behind them as it was recently remodeled and looked cleaner.
