Dear Sarmy, Thank You kindly for visiting and sharing. We're pleased you visited again and enjoyed your stay. As the Owner / Executive Chef I'd like to explain how we handle cheese service at the breakfast buffet. First we never serve cheese second day and in fact we need to refill it 2-3 times each day. Because Thailand is tropical and humidity is very high, we intentionally pack cheese into small vacuum seal bags (about 100 grams / bag). Then we leave them at room temperature from midnight until breakfast starts (still packed in the vacuum bags). If we didn't do it like this and tried to serve cheese cold it immediately gets covered with small drops of condensation which rapidly turn white and slimy. So that is why we serve cheese at room temp, same as most 5 star resorts. Team Pacific

We do apologize there was about 2 days when our main phone line was down, but our other numbers were working.Pacific Club is a boutique resort and so all rooms are different. The room you got was actually an upgrade because it had a small kitchenette, but however rather than king bed it has a queen bed. Most folks are really happy with it and book the same room year after year.
