„We spend two nights at Hyatt House San Juan. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel ist very clean. It is very good located, close to San Juan Bay. In addition, they offer a shuttle to the beach and old San Juan. There are several restaurants close by. During daytime it is sometimes a little noisy, as the hotel is located next to a small airport and the entry for trucks bringing goods to the container port. However, it was quiet during the night. “

„Love this place.. super clean and convenient location.“

„Saubere Zimmer, allerdings gab es keine Tür in der Toilette. Das Frühstück war o.k.“

„Very peaceful and easy to navigate. Love the location and they communicated well“

„Tolle Lage mit großen Zimmern. Jederzeit wieder.“

„Great hotel, I’d come back. Staff were super friendly. I loved the wellness room that offered a sauna- amazing! Only a couple issues, the shower door didn’t shut all the way so water would run out when using. The other being, the door doesn’t latch shut. You have to be very conscious to make sure it is shut and locked. All in all, great experience.“
