Ridge Villa 2723-24 includes reserved covered parking, additional guest parking alongside the building, complimentary password-protected high-speed Wi-Fi, digital cable, and discounted golf rates.

A starter supply of coffee, paper towels, soap and shampoo, laundry detergent, and dish detergent is provided, along with bath and beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler.

Late departures must be arranged at the time of booking for a fee of half a day's rent.
