Diese schöne Pono Kai Condo (Gebäude H) ist nur wenige Schritte vom Meer und dem Strand entfernt !! Mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Essecke, Wohnzimmer, privater Terrasse, Pool, Whirlpool, Tennis, Fitnessraum, Volleyball, BBQ Grill, WiFi, 3-Meilen-Radweg entlang Meer, kostenlose Parkplätze, etc.

Diese erstaunliche 650 Quadratmeter, Erdgeschoss-Wohnung in Gebäude H ist auf was viele als "der schönste Familienstrand auf Kauai" zu sein. Nur wenige Schritte vom Pool und Strand entfernt, bietet diese Wohnanlage den besten Ort für Insel Spaß. Keine Treppen zum Klettern, nur die Lanai zum Strand oder flanieren durch die wunderschön gepflegten Gärten zum Pool, Tennisplätze, Croquet Court, Grill / Picknickplätze, Fitness-Einrichtung und Shuffle Board. Machen Sie einen kurzen Spaziergang durch die historische Stadt Kapa'a, wo Sie großartige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Freizeitmöglichkeiten finden.

Diese Wohnung bietet bequem Platz für vier Personen. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, viel Stauraum und einen Flachbild-TV. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Murphy-Bett (siehe Bilder) sowie einen Flachbild-TV. Die Küche ist komplett mit Geschirr, Pfannen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle mit einem gemütlichen Essbereich ausgestattet. Der Eigentümer hat das Condo kürzlich mit schönen neuen Schränken und Theken ausgestattet.

Für Reservierungen, die länger als 14 Tage dauern, ist eine Reinigung in der Mitte des Aufenthalts erforderlich (zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von USD 100), in der unsere Haushälterin Bettwäsche und Badetücher auffrischen, das Gerät reinigen und die bereitgestellten Toilettenartikel und Vorräte auffüllen wird.

Jared was amazing. So responsive and very instructive. The place was also amazing, really easy check-in process, the resort is nice and feels safe, the room itself is very spacious and includes all the essentials for your stay. We particularly were grateful for the beach wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs, and snorkel gear that were available to use for free. So much cheaper and easier than renting gear for the week. The central location provided us the ability to enjoy both the north and south shores of the island from a nice “home base”. Kapa’a itself was awesome as well.

The resort is in a good location, close enough to the beach that a brief sidewalk trek will lead one to the ocean walkway. We did not have ocean views from our condo, as it faces the center of the resort leading to the pool area, which did have attractive landscaping. The staff was fairly responsive to our needs. Airport is a quick drive, though sometimes traffic can be a little heavy, especially if there is construction, of course. There are a few restaurants in walking distance, and the condos have full kitchens. Our unit which was privately owned had extras in the kitchen, which was really nice. It also provided extras that our friends staying in the same resort did not have in their regular condo, such as beach chairs, a few toys, etc.,and a Roku for streaming which we loved, because we could easily catch up on our favorite Colorado sports teams in the evening. Overall, our stay was a good one. Beach views would’ve been nice, but we were out on excursions and traveling all around the island throughout the day all week, and had walks along the beach daily every morning. Those are the very memorable moments.

This condo is very nice, looks exactly like the pictures and the host was very responsive. The front desk people were helpful and the grounds we beautiful. The pool was under construction when were were there so that was a bit of a bummer but overall, great location.

This was the perfect location. Loved getting up every morning and walking the path along the ocean. There is a grocery store just down the street and lots of restaurants you can walk to. Downtown Kapaa is right on the other side of the condos. We did cook several meals and found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. We definitely would stay here again.

Jared a été très accommodant. Nous avions demandé une arrivée hâtive et il nous l’avons obtenu. Nous avons eu une évacuation due au tsunami du 29 juillet et le personnel du resort nous ont donné l’information en venant directement à notre porte. Heureusement plus de peur que de mal.Le condo est confortable pour 4 personnes. Le lit escamotable a un bon matelas. Petit point négatif pour l’air climatisé qui se rend mal dans la chambre. Les coqs chantent à tout heure du jour et de la nuit alors c’est bien de fermer les fenêtres. Sinon nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Les restaurants et les boutiques sont à distance de marche, la piscine et le spa sont super, la plage est tout près.Bref, nous y retournerons sans hésiter!

Perfect get away

We were so impressed with the location an property for our weekend girls trip! It was easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The pool and hot tub were open later than I expected, which meant we got to explore all day, and also enjoy the amenities. Appreciated the beach chairs at the rental that we could take with up for a day of exploring. The unit was clean and well cared for. If I go back to Kauai, I'd stay here again!

Cozy and comfortable

The apartment was clean and inviting. The resort was well landscaped and pleasant although we didn't use any of the facilities. The location is convenient for going north or south on the island. Unfortunately it was very windy while we were there, so we didn't get to take much advantage of the wonderful bike/walkway that is next to the ocean behind the resort.

Excellent Location, Maintenance, and Owner Response

We really loved our stay at this property. The room itself was clean and solid and the kitchen was super well-stocked. I'm so glad that they left a bunch of the spices and odds and ends that people probably gathered when they cooked in it, as all those things made the kitchen far more usable. Also, when we found that there weren't dishwasher pods in the kitchen, the owner actually gave us plenty of money in a refund for us to get our own, and since we were out so much, that was easy for us to do. They responded really well to our problem and were good about being generous on how to solve it when the housekeeper was across the island and unable to get to us in a timely manner. The hottub on the property was a great way to get to talk to a lot of other travelers. The location was right on the edge of a small town, with lots of fun stuff just in walking distance, and instant access to the main road around the island. And being at the mid-point meant that going north and doing west was equally easy. We've done Poipu before, but this was so much nicer, and more mixed into the actual residents of this island instead of just a resort dislocated from the rest of the island. I would so recommend this instead of Poipu, if you want to go to Poipu beach, it's an easy drive from here, too, and there are even beaches just on one side of the whole complex, some with protection from the surf to make swimming much less hazardous than on other parts of the island.

Fantastic Stay

Jared’s condo was clean, spacious, and close to amenities. He was a very responsive host and answered our questions promptly. Kauai is absolutely beautiful and we would love to stay at Jared’s condo again.

Perfect!

the location was perfect for mû family ans as advertised. it allows easy access to other sites and beaches to visit. the complex is well maintained, the swimming pool and spa complemented our days well. the coffee at the nearby Java Kai is excellent. Thank you!
