Inside the unit you’ll find eclectic decor from local Kauai based artists and antique shops. With a 2 minute walk down to the ocean you can enjoy a breathtaking Kauai sunrise every morning. This unit comes stocked with everything you’d need for a beach day. (chairs, umbrella, cooler & snorkel gear) Go relax by the sand and come back later it’s stocked with grilling essentials. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’d need to make your meals at home. Cool off with the updated A/C units or let the fresh air come in through the windows and lanai doors. Walking distance to Coconut Marketplace you can check out farmers markets, shopping, local eateries and a pharmacy. Steps from world class dining at Hukilau Lanai, as well as cocktails at the lively Lava Lava Beach Club. This unit is a great place for visitors looking to explore all parts of Kauai as it’s centrally located between the North & South Shore. There is plenty to do if you want to stay local. Old Kapaa town is close-by with local eats, shopping & yoga studios. Bike, run or walk on the path that hugs the coastline. Nearby is an upscale wine shop and you can’t forget the Napali Brewery where you can check out a ice cold craft beer. Smaller hiking trails and the Wailua River are nearby, or plan a longer hiking adventure - the hot tub is always ready to soothe your hiking muscles! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
