Perfect location

This beautiful unit was on the ground floor with a garden setting with well established folage yet very close to the pool, fitness center, BBQ's and beach. It is perfect spot for young families or the more mature adult with modility needs. The condo was appointment very well, very comfortable and I would definitely return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our first trip to Hawaii and we chose Kauai! We made the right choice! The unit was in the Beautiful Waipouli Beach Resort. Great location centrally located . The unit was clean I call high class and right buy the pool. Kauai management was AWESOME to work with. They texted and answered questions & requests promptly. We asked for a late check out there was a fee but it was worth it being our check out would have been 10 am and our flight didn't leave till 8pm we spent day shopping relaxing by the pool. No rushing! We were fortunate that they were able to do that. Only thing missing from unit BBQ grill tools maybe salt and pepper be nice as the store had none. I also wish pool code was a little shorter as some of us have a problem with numbers longer than 4 digits 😅. Thank you we will use you again for sure!

The property was clean and well maintained. Easy check in and easy check out. Everything was just as described except the daily rate. What is with all the Fees? The fees added an additional 57% to the cost of the stay. The property is right on the beach and has a very nice pool. The best restaurant's in the area are only a few blocks away and are easy to walk to. My favorite was the Hukilau Lanai.

It ended up being perfect with the grass and plants surrounding it and being shielded from the bright sun and strong winds that can occur. We could still see enough of the beach as well as the pool area. It was also centrally located near the parking lot, lobby, fitness center, pool and beach. We also loved that we didn't have to take the stairs. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed to make the holidays special. Two master bedrooms also made it perfect for parents and grandparents to enjoy equal amenities. We would definitely love to return.

Nice Unit but had Issues

Really liked the location for the kids and close to the pool. There were some issues though. The Lanai light went out and never got repaired even after repeated texts with the rental host. Also there was mold on some of the drapes. The front bathroom light went out for a few days and the magically came back on. The phones stopped working a few days into the trip which wasn’t a huge deal but it took about 5 days to get it fixed. The property overall has gone into disrepair with paint peeling on exterior walls and plaster cracking. The biggest issue we had was getting follow up information from the rental host as to the status of a repair. The pool area was clean and well maintained. I would look at other places to stay if we come visit Kauai again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are so glad we chose Waipouli Beach Resort. It is a clean, beautiful place in a great location. We will be staying here again. F104 opens up to a yard area it shares with just one other condo, no one was in the condo next to us so the boys had the whole yard to themselves. You will be steps away from the lazy river entrance. We really were just so impressed with the cleanliness and and location of this property. It is spacious, there were beach toys and chairs available and other items I didn't expect, it has a well stocked kitchen, then top it of with a full size washer and dryer! It was perfect for our family! One of our favorite places we've ever stayed!

It is a ground floor with a big private front yard which was great for our small grandchildren. The beds are very comfortable and the layout is very conducive for two families.

Reviewer Comments: All was great except the following info I passed on to the gentleman that called regarding check out... the iron was dirty and left a mark on a shirt we attempted to iron, there were only hand towels in one of the bathrooms and they were a bit disheveled (we found extras in the other bathroom), and what I forgot to tell him was that the floor had sand or little pebbles here and there as we took off our shoes while inside. Please know that these did not affect our stay. It's just explaining what I would do if it were my place.
