Experience a comfortable and convenient stay in this second floor 1-bedroom studio located along the Coconut Coast. This unit is perfect for guests who are looking to explore the beautiful island of Kauai. The location is extremely convenient for getting around with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. It is centrally located and only 30 mins away from the north and south side of the island. This unit has a comfortable King-sized bed and full sized bathroom along with AC!

You can lounge by the swimming pool or walk along the beach which is just steps away from the property. At Kauai Kailani, you will find yourself right at home. BBQ Grills, Meeting/Recreation Room, Ping Pong Table, and Books are provided here for ease of access and your convenience.

The location is extremely easy for getting around the whole island. You can access multiple beaches, shops, numerous restaurants/food trucks, and not to mention having a Safeway right across the street.

Nearby activities include surfing, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, golf, kayaking, and so much more! I am always happy to provide recommendations if you have any questions as well.

Another wonderful stay at Kauai Kailani

This was my 4th time on the property, 3rd time booking through this host, and 1st time in this particular unit. The AC was helpful to cool the room when fans and windows weren’t sufficient. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were a handful of dishes and silverware. The room seemed larger to me in person than in the images; I was very comfortable and happy with it. There is nothing like watching the sunrise on the beach right in front of the property. The location is perfect with easy access to Kapaa Town and Lihue, and being directly across the street from a grocery store, coffee shop, and restaurant. I continue to recommend this property to anyone I know traveling to Kauai and will definitely be back!

Great stay!

This place was just what I needed! It would be a good place for 1-2 guests. Great location on beach and close to stores and restaurants. It was so nice sleeping with windows open at night and listening to the ocean. Great having the elevator to second floor. Place was clean and had everything I needed. Owner was very responsive! I would recommend staying here.

So lovely!

This was a perfect place for us to have access to the whole island. Conveniently located near many shops, restaurants, and beaches, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The space was basic but we didn’t need anything more. We would absolutely stay again!

We had a great time staying here. The location was perfect being steps away from the beach. It was also close to shops and bars. There is a resident monk seal that sleeps on the beach. We named him Jerry. He may look dead but he's just a deep sleeper

Comfortable, walkable!

We stayed for here in Kapa’a for a few days. Honestly, I wish we wouldn’t stayed here to e entire time. It was clean and everything we needed was provided. It’s right on the beach and is walkable to some great restaurants. We especially enjoyed Lemongrass across the street. Highly recommend!

Great location for a motel room

We arrived hours before a big storm that cancelled flights into Kauai. We had zero complications and we know others in our area lost internet service, power or water. So we felt lucky. My husband is short and elderly with loss of leg strength so the higher than normal bed height was a small challenge. It was a clean and cute motel room with bathroom, mini-microwave and mini-fridge. 175 for cleaning fee is high given the size and market.

Very nice, super clean

Way cleaner than a hotel. Very functional and comfortable. The walls are thin but luckily everyone else at the complex was pretty quiet. Starbucks across the street opens at 5am!

Amazing stay!

We loved this stay. Kapa’a is the PERFECT location in our opinion and this stay allowed us to have the best of all worlds. Close to downtown Kapa’a, across from Safeway and Wailua shave ice, ample parking available in the adjacent resort for us. Also has beach access which was perfect but I will say this beach was small and rocky but great for morning walks and sunrises. My finance and I stayed here and it was the perfect size for us. The upstairs neighbors were very loud walking around and that was unpleasant but out of the owner’s control. Only thing I would change is adding some rugs for comfort to the tile floor as it does get sandy inside but not a deal breaker.

Amazing Stay!

This property was amazing! The place was very clean with great amenitits. The checkin process was very simple and we loved having a code on the door. The property is literally right on the beach and it was perfect. David was a great host and was very communicative and made the property feel like a home away from home. Room is exactly as described. Only room for improvement would be sound proofing the locked door to another unit. We could hear a loud party basically in our room at night. In addition there's a loud A/C pump in the wall behind the bed which goes off every once in a while. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay, great location. Drink your morning coffee beach front there are a couple of chairs there.

SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able ! Le moins cher du marchĂ© ! Pas de problĂšme pour se garer. Une plage privĂ©e au top, proche de plusieurs lieux touristiques. Petit bĂ©mol : pas de plaques de cuissons, pas de sel/poivre, climatisation bruyante et bruits des voisins et du paliers qui peut empĂȘcher de dormir. Dans l’ensemble cela reste un chouette studio pour passer quelques jours. Merci Ă  vous ! :)
