„This is the best hotel choice in Leavenworth! Clean, cool, pet friendly, good price, comfortable room and space, nice employees. The bathroom was beauitful, the bed and kitchen comfy and usable, the available coffee very handy. If you must stay at a hotel with the "free" breakfast (for almost twice the price), go for it. But for us The Leavenworth Local is the only place to stay! “

„This property was an incredible stay! Mike was more than accommodating and his communication was incredible. We had a group 13 for a girls weekend and we had plenty of space to spread out! The pool was an awesome addition and the outdoor space was so much fun! One day we stayed at the house all day and had a cookout- perfect space for it! Plus, the neighborhood is extremely safe and beautiful! Everyone person in our group was blown away and wants to book again for their own family!“

„Simply fantastic stay. The host (Property manager I think) is very flexible to accomodate our last minute demands. Their welcome packet was really amazing with local beverages (thanks). The house is beautiful. Every room is clean and equipped with all essentials. I think they were recently renovated(better than the picture). „We were in Kansas for 6 days for a travel softball tournament. We needed plenty of space to relax as well as a kitchen and laundry room to wash stinky uniforms. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean, the house was spacious, the patio was nice and the location was pretty central to everything we needed in Overland Park, Lenexa & the fields near the airport. “

„What a great place! Shaymond and Amber were wonderful hosts. Very communicative and easy to get a hold of. The check in process was super simple and check out wasn't super involved like some places (i.e. where they make you basically clean the entire place).Pros: the backyard is what makes this place! „Felt at home. Privacy was respected, yet we knew we were just a call away if we needed anything. House has everything we needed and then some (baby supplies). Decor was nice but not over the top. We will definitely look at staying here again next time!!“

„The stay was great! The Konza Prairie Hike was beautiful! Love Mankato! Plenty of good restaurants close by. The home was nice, just as advertised. I would say that the only negative was that I wrote a nice “Thank You” note for the owners, which never garnered even the slightest acknowledgment. We listed a couple of small items that needed repair (certainly did not detract from the stay) - no reply. Other than that, a terrific stay! I’d rate the overall experience 4/5.“

„The house was clean & well stocked & very quiet inside. The only large downfall was the a/c in the 3 bedrooms did not work well at all. The entire upstairs was very hot & muggy until the sun went down. Then the mainfloor bedroom was hot all night. The house will be perfect if the a/c is figured out. We had a mouse surprise us in the kitchen but that was not a huge ordeal. “
