Ashley promptly answers all emails. The Loretto is well maintained and clean. It's a historic classic charming big college building, now being used as a multi-use Building. Small offices, condos/apts and a wedding venue. Safe with easy parking. The apartment itself is compact (think big studio apartment) But not cramped as the furnishings are well thought out and the ceilings are 12-14' high. 2 large windows with nice insulated blinds. The bed is a queen, comfortable with nice linens and comforter. In-suite kitchen is well-equipted however counter space is limited. Microwave, hotplate, toaster oven. Dorm size fridge. There is a large entry hallway, the bathroom and shower are spacious and nice. Towels are hotel quality and appeared new. The climate control works well. Huge walk in closet with vacuum cleaner and a fold up single bed. Plentiful bath & cleaning supplies. VERY VERY clean and completely "newish" inside apartment. It's an old building so although outlets are updated, thet aren't plentiful 3 or 4 I think. Nice TV with good channels. Good wifi in apt. It is a great accomendation for one, or a couple. I definitely recommend it
