The Summit is walking distance to the Crossroads, Kaufman Performing Arts Center, and Power & Light KC and is located above the popular Chez Elle Creperie and Coffeehouse. Some of the best places to eat in the neighborhood include Blue Bird Bistro & Ibis Bakery for breakfast, and West Side Local for dinner.

Getting around
The quickest way to travel around downtown is definitely by Uber, which you can get anywhere you want from this residence under $10. Most Ubers cost $6 - $8 ranging depending where you want to go downtown. If weather permits taking a Bird or Spin scooter is a great option and serves for lots of fun. There's usually around 10 scooters within a block of this residence at one time. You can get anywhere you want downtown within 5 - 10 minutes on one of these scooters. The Street Car is less than a mile away, which will take you anywhere in town between the River Market and Union Station.
