2-bedrm lower level pvt apt w/full kitchen & only 12 mi / 21 km from KC Stadium

This is a fully furnished two-bedroom lower level apartment with its own entrance located 12 miles from the KC Stadium, if you are planning attending any of the World Cup games and only 7 miles from the Fan Fest on the lawn of the World War I Memorial. There is a tub/shower in the bathroom. The kitchen has an apartment size four burner stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and basic kitchen utensils. There is a sauna and laundry also on-site with a shared BBQ grill and outdoor firepit. The entrance is on the back side of the house located on a quiet dead end street that backs into one of the city's park that has tennis, pickleball, basketball, and baseball diamond. The second bedroom is small but has a double bed. All of this is only 12 miles from Kansas City Stadium (where all of the World Cup matches will be played) and 7 miles from downtown and the World War I museum, where Fan Fest / Watch Parties will be based. All of this only two blocks from a bus line or there is plenty of street parking in front of the house.
