Die Heizung in meinem Zimmer #2422 funktionierte nicht, Problem konnte auch nach 2 Versuchen nicht gelöst werden, einen dritten Versuch samt Installationsarbeiten lehnte ich ab. Ich erhielt einen Elektro-Heizer und ich tauschte das Problem gegen einen Late Checkout. Insgesamt war es im Hotel zu kalt. Leider gibt es im Hotel weder Sauna noch Dampfbad, dies wäre aufgrund der Außen- und Innentemperaturen angenehm gewesen. ...

„Totally overstaffed hotel and not a five star hotel. There will not be another stay. Literally small groups of employees stand next to each other talking at breakfast. Not very attentive. Only when we left, they were very fast to ask us to sign a check for an included breakfast. Espresso is not included in the breakfast rate and comes from a Nespresso machine. This is not 5 stars. Also all room interior has various dings, scrataches etc. Free water and coffee wasn´t refilled.“
