„Totally overstaffed hotel and not a five star hotel. There will not be another stay. Literally small groups of employees stand next to each other talking at breakfast. Not very attentive. Only when we left, they were very fast to ask us to sign a check for an included breakfast. Espresso is not included in the breakfast rate and comes from a Nespresso machine. This is not 5 stars. Also all room interior has various dings, scrataches etc. Free water and coffee wasn´t refilled.“

"Das Zimmer war schön groß. Sehr sauber. Leider gab es einen unangenehmen Geruch aus dem Bad, den man nie ganz los wurde.

Die Handtücher waren etwas grau. Die Lautstärke der Klimanlage war extrem , Gottseidank war die Zemperatur im Novemboer so dass wir ohne Klimanalage wohnen konnten. Es ist zu beachten dass ke7n Reinigubgsservice dabei ist. Nur einmal pro Woche umsonst und das mussten wir extra anfragen. Die Ausgangslag war perfekt für alle Ausflüge ab dem Monumentonde Indepencia(engel). Abends konnte man noch gut Richtung Restaurants laufen."
